Well, these races were lively, to say the least.
Naptown, I checked the replay for London, lap 17, and there wasn't much into it, I would not have been mad. So I appreciate even more that you waited for me. Whichever way, nothing changes in the final results anyway so in my mind, were both 4th... ;)

There were some hairy moments between Daddy, Sparkz and Kingklingeling at Silverstone. I enjoyed watching the 3 of you going side by side in the same corner. Obviously it ended up badly but that would have been expecting a miracle... :D In the end, I think justice was served. ;)

As for the yellow flag, I'm still working out how best to handle it but I think restarting on the main straight should be a good thing. Expect some adjustments in the Rule Book very soon.
Watching the yellow flag from KKg's point of view is quite funny:
1. Shouting at the others for not realising what's going on
2. Exactly when I wanted to restart, fooling around and spinning by himself
3. Rejoining slowly, I guess not sure if he should go back to 3rd or stay in 7th (think you could have come back to 3rd)

I hope we can have some even better races next week, because the car is ace. There will be some tears again, though! (Probably mine)

Yeas I had a great time tonight so much fun :D. I had some good battle with kling and with warrius and cobrius. I think the only reason I got 3rd in Madrid was because of what happened after the back straightaway and nap town was really closing in the gap and it was quite frightening :nervous:. That race really helped me get better at Madrid as I was never good at that track. It also helped learn the car because I hardly ever drove it before but now I'm in love with it :embarrassed:. I did much better at London then I ever thought I was gonna do. I was surprised at how long I kept kling behind me and man that first lap was crazy and I'm surprised anyone survived :P. Stowe was not my best but I still do think it was ok. When I saw kling sparkz and I were 3 wide I was like oh no this is gonna be bad and it was. Never go three wide into a tight corner :dunce:. I had some great battles today and I had a blast. I fell in love with this awesome little car today. Who says you can't have fun with 80 hp? :D

Fun races tonight, I have to say this car is fun to drive but more of a handful then the Elan and the Dino we used, surprised I won at Silverstone tbh those first two chicanes couldn't see it at times which caused me to cut the corner :( but I did stop for KKG to keep up :) fun races thought looking forward to next week

So let me get this straight. The leader calls for a yellow flag by slowing down and swaying from side to side while on a straightaway? Then after that everyone get in line behind the leader while staying in there current positions? We follow the leader all the way around the track until we to the pit straight and that's when we start up again?

Yes, although the restart has not been formalised yet.

From the Rule Book:

- the yellow flag is signalled by weaving from left to right as if warming cold tires and if available by announcing it via headset

Haha!! :D

Rule Book adjusted:

If the race leader believes the race would benefit from it, he is allowed to regroup the field by enforcing a yellow flag situation, and thus allowing for some closer racing. There are restrictions to the use of the Gentleman's Yellow Flag:

- it can only be used once per race
- it cannot be used in the first 2 laps or the last 2 laps of the race
- only the driver in the lead can call a yellow flag
- yellow flags are NOT compulsory and no comments should be made if no yellow flag has been waved
- you can only call a yellow flag when you're in a comfortable position to do so. You definitely cannot use it to save you from a difficult situation, for example if 2 or more drivers are fighting closely for the lead
- other drivers cannot request a yellow flag (they may sometimes discreetly suggest one. For example, if the leader is closely followed, the driver in 2nd place could weave from left to right to let him know that he would not oppose a yellow flag. The final decision remains the leader's choice)

Yellow Flag procedure:
- to signal a yellow flag, the leader of the race will significantly slow down, weaving from left to right as if warming cold tires and, if available, by announcing it via headset
- overtaking is prohibited while the yellow flag is being waved. If an overtake took place after the beginning of the yellow flag but before the involved driver(s) noticed it, common sense should prevail to determine who gets to be in front
- To save time, a lapped driver will not be given a chance to 'unlap' himself, but does not need to drop to the back either
- when ALL the drivers have had a chance to rejoin the pack, the leader will slowly increase his pace again, going back to racing speed by the end of the lap
- no driver is allowed to overtake until he crosses the finish line

Does that make sense? I welcome suggestions.

(Is there a better word than unlap?)

I don't have any requests about pictures from special situations. The 2 pictures you have posted are great and shows your talent in photomode 👍
Just keep them coming , and I and all others I guess , will enjoy them .
