Ha ha well we can't all be the best at everything. I suck at call of duty and I'm incompetent when it comes to soccer video games

Sorry for the third race, I've had some network problems. Cool races btw, not so many racers, but still a good fun! At second race, I was spinnin' back and forth :D

Well I was in definite need of more practice with this car. Spun like five times on the first race. Less the second and by the third I was almost getting the hang of it. Had some great moments with WZ. Lost the second race on the last corner (by 0.002 if I remember right), but won the third, again on the last corner – that is our race, not THE race. Great car/tacks combo. Looking forward to next week. The VGT BMW will be insane especially on the SS tires. Also the tracks are great, though I would suggest Nurburgring GP instead of Siverstone? Will try and get a lot more practice this time though.

I would like to join this fine club. It's been on my radar for some time, and I've finally got some clear Mondays.

I can confirm that I have read the Rule Book (several times) and am quite familiar with the GTP OLR. I've only been racing online since the beginning of the year, primarily in @watermelonpunch 's series -- she, @KingKlingeling and @LongbowX can, I hope, vouch for me being a clean and fair driver -- @daddyo845 and @John Wells as well, and I've also been racing with @Litchi in the Ferrari Festival. :) I will send a FR when I fire up the PS3 in a bit.

Hoping I can join in the fun with the BMW tomorrow, despite the late request to join -- meant to do so earlier, but I forgot. :ouch: :embarrassed:

Welcome amarynceos!
I'll be online tonight, though I might skip the third race. I'm not feeling confident at Silverstone and also prefer to go to bed earlier this time.

My objective tonight is to avoid going off track...
I hope we'll be a few more than last week, that the slower chaps have practiced and that the fastest haven't...

Note that we have a driver on trial tonight, as well as Amarynceos. It's @frawley. He was supposed to introduce himself on this thread but I guess he's a bit shy... ;)

Also, @Pichon617 , will we see you tonight?

I made a commitment to myself that I wouldn't race unless I had at least practiced a little :guilty:. And I haven't...though the track line-up looks spectacular.

Managed to get in a little practising last night, really like the feel of the car on SS. It also feels fantastic without ABS, think I might race it that way -- I actually couldn't quite match my ABS 0 times at Silverstone when I switched back to ABS 1. 👍

Great races, thanks guys. Pity about my gremlins, never had those particular errors before. :( Gutted to miss a race at Suzuka. Hopefully they were a one time thing!

@KingKlingeling I'm not. I hadn't driven the car for more than one lap (only on RH tires too). I think the biggest problem for me was having to watch myself in regards to track limits. That's really what I need the practice for. And the consistency. Which I did not have, heh.
