Hey hey... @tarnheld if I may ask a favour, would you get a hold of @McClarenDesign please. Your experience with community clubs is needed with questions I just cannot answer.

I tried to start a private conversation between the 3 of us, but for some reason it wouldn't let me so I'm trying it this way.

Please and thank you!

Cheers

So, took the Rocket out for a couple of laps so I'm merely 95% percent unprepared for tomorrow, and...

Is there any reason you've scheduled 3 fast tracks for a car which slams the limiter at 136 mph? We're going to be feathering the throttle all the way down every long straight. ;)

Great car though, used it a lot but never online. Should be interesting.

Ooops! Should have tested before. :ouch:

Can't stop it now, so we'll go with the crippled Rocket... Let's just say this event is for learning the intricacies of throttle feathering. :)

I know this is not the most populat option, but how about using CM tyres? It brings the top speed down a notch (or two). Tested Red Bull Ring quickly and it still hits the limiter light with my less than perfect exit from last turn.

But Monza... Even with CM I hit the limiter just 500 meters after last turn... May I suggest replacing Monza with Laguna Seca? I didn't try the third circuit...

Unusual car with limiter problems, two rain races, this was a real challenge!
Congratulations @Sparkz_360 for overall win!
@Cu3e showed off his rain skillz in the Red Bull Ring race, fastest lap time in 100% rain IIRC. 👍 And @amarynceos can console himself by being winner on his home track.

Will come by with new stuff to put on the schedule Real Soon...

Not so sure about that. The weather changed so quickly and I don't trust that rain percentage thing. I think the track was already drying when I hit that lap time. I remember @amarynceos dropped the time by more than 5 seconds just moments later.

Will check to be sure, but i think you hit 2:01 in the middle of the race, when there was plenty of rain and this time stayed there for long. :)

Finally, a schedule update: :D

That was a massively fun car! I'm a little sad about the low turnout, but Great Battles with only three attendants thanks to the GYF! I included your third place in the last race @amarynceos, stupid powerdrops. :ouch: It seems you had some former experience with the Fireblade, @Cu3e... good win! 👍

Thank you. Stupid powerdrops indeed, only lasted a few seconds, too. :irked:

Awseome races! Interesting to see how CS seems to flip the tables between me and amar  Very close racing!

Not to take anything away from what appears to be a noticeable uptick in your speed, bergele, 👍 but my driving's been a little subpar lately, just can't seem to get the feel behind the wheel. :boggled:

Regardless, you've just been faster than me lately.

I need to start practicing again at least a little, all I do lately is jump straight into races with basically no prep and then wander vaguely around the track hunting for apexes and coming up short. XD

BTW: the Fireblade has only one reverse gear in GT6, whereas IRL it has that nifty reverser and can use all six gears in reverse. Oh please PD...

Same as me, need to find more practice time...

Well, another week gone by without having any practice for the races today, but this is how we i roll in the Zero Cup.:ouch::lol: Here is a reminder:
