One of the largest automotive shows in the world — the Tokyo Auto Salon — is currently in the middle of its 28th exhibition. Visitors attending the show will be able to try out GT Sport which, for the first time in Japan, will be playable on the PS4 Pro and with PS VR.
There are more surprises, however. Polyphony Digital recently announced on the Pit Stop blog the salon will host two special GT Sport stage events on both Saturday and Sunday, starring Super GT drivers. Both events will be broadcasted live on NicoNico website (registration required), so be sure to check the schedule below if you don’t want to miss anything:
- Ryuya Kataoka GT Sport Event – Saturday at 14:00 local time (Click to convert)
- Satoshi Motoyama GT Sport Event – Sunday at 13:30 local time (Click to convert)
In addition, a Time Attack challenge on Willow Spring Raceway is planned for regular players stopping by GT Sport demonstration booth located in Hall 4, section 2F. Prizes await top three fastest drivers.
The 2017 Tokyo Auto Salon will run until this Sunday, January 15, at the Makuhari Messe in the Chiba Prefecture.
