Spuds, I now know how to post pics, but what pics do you need to see?

I'll put them on here as soon as I can.

By the way, how do I put on a custom avatar?

Avatar is easy--

Go to thread list and at top there is a link to "my GTPlanet"--click it and on left there is a link for "edit avatar"-- at bottom you can either link or upload an avatar pic.

As far as your records--a general rule is any new or tied #1 record:

I would like a pic of:

Times busted
Times wasted
Fishes fed
(to verify these I need the CR visible in the pic and a second pic with your CR and completion percentage visible)

Your superjump stats

If I notice anymore that are needed (when I update) I'll let you know.

Spuds.....

[off topic-sort of] I've been moderating this thread for 1 year now [/off topic-sort of]

EDIT:
Updated--- pics above are the only ones needed.

Spuds

Spuds, I uploaded my pics onto this website. They are kind of crappy, but I hope you can use them. My brother, Dallas, did the 55 flip superjump, so could you put in his name.

Thanks for all the help! :)

By the way, I think I need so many posts before I can get a custom avatar, because it won't let me right now. :indiff:

They must have changed it since I started here-- I could have sworn I've had this one from the beginning--I do remember that you need 500 posts before you can change the message under your name

I did read that it was your brother and used his name when I did the update-- thanks for putting the stats in order BTW-- makes it much easier when you do a large update.

I'm removing the "unverifieds" right away...I checked out the pics and they aren't bad at all (very readable)-- now look at some of Rancids if you want to see bad pics--he does his with a web cam (and a crappy one at that)...

I meant to ask you, on your superjump rotation...was that a teleport jump or just a real good jump. My 40,000 degree one was a teleport jump (teleported me real high above Phils place) so I got no height stats. I did get an awesome bounce(and would have likely blown all height records on here away) but I caught fire and blew up.

No thanks on being a "real" mod....I think the power would corrupt me.

One last thing---- forever ago, I segregated the racing PC records from the PS2 records because at the time, they were significantly faster times...KM has beat every one of them on PS2, so I'm going to merge them back-- I will keep at least 5 ps2 records for each category so no one will be bumped by this.

I agree with Blake on the Mod Status, but moving on...

I forgot about this, done it ages ago, not long after Blake did it.

Spuds, I just had a really good regular superjump to get that rotation: 1500 feet high and spinning like crazy! I did it at Phil's Place and right before the jump, I was actually facing West (not South like normal)! It was actually my second superjump that I ever did! I read about doing them in your superjump forum and you're right, it's very addicting! :dopey: I have done many superjumps, but I've never done a teleport one, yet.

By the way, I know it's not an actual stat, but I did a superjump the other day and made $10,020!

I would include that jump money stat if it was in the stats but its not--sorry.

If you got to the superjump instructional thread I created (look at my sig for link)--it has a link at the top to the page where I learned to do VC and GTA:3 superjumps--on that page they have records for all superjump stats, as well as money--if you want to see how you compare--I don't think its been updated in over a year though---

I think the flips count alot toward the money, so your brothers jump was probably up there.

I've only had one teleport jump and I was way out of position. I was stuck in the gate with my back wheel way up in the air (I was facing the ground with my head sticking to the east)--I was just trying to free myself when I got a "loading..." message and I suddenly appeared way, way high above the city. I bounced in PHils place and died on the way back up.

I only asked if yours was a teleport jump because other then mine, I haven't seen any rotation stats that high.

Updated---

You guys have been talking about cone crazy for a while, so I decided to do the moving cones thing and see how I do. Man, have I got a record for you! :D

6 SECONDS

By the way, if you're updating, I also got 540 seconds in Bloodring (and only 38 kills? :boggled: ). I also won't be able to post for a while, because I leave for Boy Scout summer camp at 9 am. I won't be back until the 12th. :guilty:

Updated---

I'm pretty sure you can't get faster then 6 seconds-- I drove my 8 pretty conservatively. I knew someone could improve on it.

I haven't done bloodring in a while...I forget how many kills you get for that amount of time, it really just depends on how fast you get your time up--sometimes you pick up the checkpoints real fast and others, they keep boxing you in--kind of frustrating.....

Lol Boy Scouts....have fun!

I wouldn't make fun of the scouts--

I'm not sure if you all realize it but I'm a bit older then probably everyone here...

My best friend from high school was in the scouts.... he was/is kind of a bad ass. He was a black belt in Karate and is now a US Navy Seal--has been for a long time and I know he has been in combat lots of times by now.

Hot damn!

My Chopper Checkpoint times and most of my Street Racer times still haven't been beaten. I am da man!

KM.

I've been playing Simpsons:Hit and Run lately--kind of hard to beat your VC times doing that--

[off topic] I still haven't gotten 100% on any levels yet--If anyone else is playing this, does anyone know how to get the card above the Barneys Bowl-arama on the Lisa level (level 3)--I think thats the only one I couldn't get so far---I read that if you get all the cards, it unlocks an un-seen Itchy and Scratch cartoon-- I just finished the Apu level (level 5)--the only thing I'm missing on the other levels are some gags and a few wasp cameras [/off topic]

I still plan on playing through vice city one more time (missions--not 100%) before San Andreas comes out--I might do GTA3 again also.

(Off Topic) About the Scouts thing...it's kinda the same with nerds...they'll probably be your boss some day... (Off Topic)

Hey look it's KM!! Haven't seen you around in a while. And btw, I keep forgetting to have a go at your Chopper times, I will some day when I can be bothered

I must not have hit the update button when I did the last update--I'm getting forgetful.

Anyway, Updated Deli Dingo's cone crazy time....

Spuds

It took me a while to figure that one. The trick is to get the tallest vehicle you can get, I think it's one of the Krusty branded vehicles on that level, and to park it right under the card. You can then jump up on the top of the truck and pick up the card. I have to admit that this was perhaps the most difficult of the trading cards to get.

Boy Scouts is great! I just went on an eight-day canoeing trip in Canada in July (for the second time)! :P

Anyway, I'm back from summer camp and had an awesome time. It was a healthy break from video games. By the way Spuds, I have The Simpsons: Hit and Run. I havn't played it in a while, but I think I have beat the first two levels. Pretty fun game, I think I'll play it tonight (after some Vice City)! :mischievous:

[Off topic] I'm stuck on the last mission of the 7th level (I'm pretty sure its the last mission of the game). I did find my last hidden card today--it unlocked the itchy and scratchy movie on the 3rd level (500 yard gash)--it was short but pretty good.

I still have some races and other minor stuff to do on the last few levels and a few minor things to do on the others (wasp cameras, gags, etc..) [/off topic]

About the Boy Scouts thing: I have a lock-in tonight from 5 pm to 7 am the next day at a local church. The other scouts and I are going to hook up a PS2 to a digital projector and play video games all night on the big screen! :D

I'm back... Just had a ferocious GTAVC-a-thon. I managed...

100% completion: 15hr 33; 50 game days passed, 26 Safehouse visits.

No other stats of note, but I reckon, now I know what I'm doing, I could get sub-teen for 100% complete. I wasted an awful lot of time on a couple of rampages and Sunshine Autos for a start.

Man Famine -- I'd say that you have too much time on your hands but you're not spending alot of tiem on this:lol:

At least SAVED time...

Lol, he has a lot of time "SAVED" up...he works to save time, not money! Joking!

I'd be pissed if I did it again, and got a ****e number of hours if I was going for it...knowing me there would be an extra hole next to the one that I made when I was frustrated with basketball (I was injured, and I was obsessed)!

Spuds, do you remember when you told me about the teleport superjump that you once did and I told you that I have never done one before? Well, I finally pulled one off. :D It happened exactly the way you said your's happened. I was trying to get myself unstuck because I was jammed into the wall (not the gate) so that I was laying on my side on the ground and facing west, but my head was pointing south. Get the picture. :odd: Anyways, I was gunning the accelerator when suddenly a loading screen popped up; like the screen that appears when your saved game first loads when you turn on the PS2 (except the background was white). Still following me? After a couple seconds of the loading screen, I appeared way above Vice City; I couldn't even see anything for a little while! I was spinning like crazy, too. It was amazing! :dopey: I fell for a pretty long time until I finally landed in the middle of Viceport, but then I bounced back up! The bounce was freaking high, but it caused me to have black smoke, so when I landed again I bounced a second time, but caught on fire. I decided to jump off at that point and I landed safely onto the ground. It was awesome! :mischievous:

I took two pictures. The first one shows the stats of the teleport superjump and the bounce. The second picture shows my stats screen (my height record increased a little bit) I don't think I'll be able to do that again for a while! :P

By the way, I was so close to beating your rotation record! :banghead:
