Just jagged and hour in the Normal while the wife has been asleep:

Tuned: 1'36.284
Normal: 1'48.271
Overall: 3'24.555

I'm gonna have to return to the Tuned to try and find a 1/10th or so before deadline. I've exceeded my expectations for the Normal, so it's time to move on....

Yeah but you've put in half the time i have mate!!!

.......Getting pinballed on the leaderboards......It's the story of my life Nicko, i watched myself in the space of 10 days go from just outside the Top 10, right out to 34th, then back to 16th again.... in that time i've had to knock a full second off my total time to get back to where i was...... it's great competition, but not healthy for my mental state, or my marriage:ill::ouch:

I reckon sub 3'24.500 will be the Top 20 cutoff for Australia.....

Into the 35's and the 47's now. Mission completed for me on a personal level.

Total = 3'23.916

Tuned = 1'35.957
Normal = 1'47.959

Back upto 7th UK, joint with Sinibomb who is 6th (albeit, GTDB shows it the otherway around) and that's with EDDSKILL now in the no.1 spot.

I can remember you posting a message of frustration at not reaching the top 20, looks as If all the encouragement from us gtplanet members had paid dividends, nice times;)

Also great times from Backpack (Timppaq:dopey:) You're surely within touching distance to the 22's, keep it up:tup:

Clawing my way up the US and GTP_Boards over here.

I spent some time in the tuned on back to back nights and yielded some nice improvements.

Total - 3:25.624

Tuned - 1:36.625
Normal - 1:48.999

I'm currently 33rd on the US board, my best position to date. I had been hovering in the 50's to 60's for most of the event.

I improved my normal time a few nights ago, by just meeting my goal of being in the 48's.

Some great times from our members, good luck to all competing. 👍

Guys, I prepared a new version of the Indy 'Speed/Gear Map' (Yamauchi GT5 TT Stock car lap) I already posted.
Now you get a mph map as well. Just take into account that I used a numeric conversion to get the mph values so that rounding may influence the last digit.

If you have suggestions they are welcome

I'll put a legenda later on. By the way, as you can imagine, minimum and maximum speed values (for the relative track sections) are represented

I always knew that Prasinar was a fantastic driver... but 3rd in the world rankings its really something:tup:! I cant imagine his EGO :lol:! Hes 15 years old guys... :crazy:!

But yes, prasinar is amazing 👍 ..we've climbed together, almost hand in hand from outside of the top 50 into top 10 now, and been 2 times on a tie :lol:

Well done Timo, Insaine laps mate 👍 I just had a small go in the Tuned car, I last ran on Sunday so I was expecting it to take a while to get back up to speed, but I shaved 0.065 off in the tuned car in a few laps :) but I was .109 up in T3, So I can see an easy .7, then I will move on to the normal Z again.

New improve to my tuned time to get the 1st position with this car in Spain and 2nd overall: 1'35.530 :)

What I want to know is, howcome when you don't touch the time-trial for nearly a week, you only move 1-2 places down the pecking order...but, if I don't play it for 24hours I drop more than 1-2 places lol :ouch:

Yep, quite possibly he is, also known as Carter, I competed against Carter in the ESWC Gran Turismo 4 competition in Paris, 2006, we were both at the same level throughout the competition, we had an epic battle at the semi final race at Deep Forest, but he made a disastrous mistake in the final race probably due to pressure and we both spun out, finishing 3rd and 4th:tup: Hopefully we will meet again so I can extract some revenge, hehe:tup:

Tried again in the Tuned car for a bit, but wasnt able to improve, So I tried the normal Z and got into the 47's :D

I think by next weekend top 20 will need to be a 3'23.9xx.

Hopefully we both make it to the finals. The pressure we have hot-lapping at home is nothing compared to what it'd be like there haha!

I didn't play for a couple days and then last night took 1.1 seconds off my total time.

Overall 120 3'27.067
Tuned 129 1'37.323
Stock 142 1'49.744

My goal is to get somewhere near the US Top 20 and pretend like I'm in Europe. And by near I mean like maybe in the 60's, I know it gets harder and harder to go faster. Cheers to all the really fast guys, it's ridiculous to think anyone can go that quickly.
