Sooo...can we go back to the GT Latest News and General Discussion?![]()
Sure, just dig up some news!
Too bad it's locked up in Japan.
Sooo...can we go back to the GT Latest News and General Discussion?![]()
Then he should have kept it to himself! He could have played his little game with us only after he was able to finish what he started.![]()
It's not a Daihatsu either.Anyway who's buying move?
Not defending or attacking anyone, i like the fact we have to make a guess actually, due to restrictions or legal reasons.
At least we have quite a lot of clues and the only way to make an educated guess is deducting the existing car lists and interpret the clues properly.
Some have made it out to be an extremely important car because of all this speculation, although it was started by saying it was interesting news considering one model and its implications therefor for the whole brand.
We have at least something to talk and speculate about, otherwise we had the usual chatter.
Anyway i still stick with my first guess ( Bentley Continental, for reasons i made clear in previous posts ) as no one has made a convincing case yet it couldn't be and i can't think of anything else.
I'll buy move if it has some good games. Otherwise I can't really be bothered.
I'd trade about 1,000 members to keep the both of them.
That's the kind of response that drove off Amar. Thanks. 👎
I believe (unless I've missed any out) that the car Famine knows about must come from one of the below manufacturers.
ASL
Autobianch
Bentley
Cadillac
Callaway
Caterham
Cizeta
DMC
Dome
Eagle
Fiat
Gillett
Ginetta
Holden
Hommell
Hyundai
Infiniti
Jensen Healey
Lexus
Lister
Marcos
MG
RUF
Saleen
Seat
Shelby
Just a little nudge for anyone who still wants to guess.
They never made one with more than a 1.1, and the only Panda in the game is a 1.0 - the FIAT Panda Super i.e. '90. So your list is:

FIAT 500F '65

Honda Today G '85
Citröen 2CV Type A '54
Volkswagen Beetle 1100 Standard '49

On the upside, much better post and you've picked some of my favourite cars.
Favourite on your list? The FIAT Panda by a mile.
Really?

People like Famine are only here to cause a big stir in the thread. Look If your gonna reveal something then do it and don't stir people up, and learn how to tease as well because saying a new car will be revealed isn't even teasing.
Your meant to tease the company of that car in some way, not say a cars coming and then run away, and what are you scared of if you reveal it? Yamauchi lol. Sony won't come after you because they know coming after someone revealing things about a video game is just stupid.
If I had inside knowledge I would reveal everything heck! I would reveal Sony's entire E3 press conference if I knew about it.
That's the kind of response that drove off Amar. Thanks. 👎
Knowing Amar, I'm pretty sure you've got that backwards.Amar was driven off by being rude at people and not being able to endure people being rude back at him. This has nothing to do with it.
Knowing Amar, I'm pretty sure you've got that backwards.
And how on Earth would you produce JAGGIES on the CAPTURE CARD?
Sorry my dear kid, but sometimes many of you really fail on test of primal inteligence.
BTW I have a Pioneer 720p plasma and I literally do not have almost any jaggies on my screen, from any game, not just GT. So, maybe you should buy yourself a decent screen instead of complaining.
I have a theory 💡
Judging by the way Famine stated that the car is 'good news', I'm going to assume it is a car that Famine himself likes.
Now, looking at some posts in the GT4 tuning section:
Note that last sentence.
There are a lot of Fiats in this list. Fiat was on the list of cars not yet confirmed for GT5.
He likes the Fiat Panda. But that has the letter P.
So By the process of elimination (Well, by eliminating all manufacturers apart from Fiat) I'm going to hazard a guess that it is a Fiat 500. Possibly the Abarth version?
famineThat all still stands and, as you can see, there are multiple reasons - my reputation, implications for the sources, PD's personal fiat when it comes to cars' covers being broken early - why I'm seeking clarification on what I'm allowed to say.
Not from where I stand. And it's all there for everyone to see. Just for the sake of backing up my claims:
I love how he's rude and wrong in this post, what ends up with him insulting himself. And of course there are more like this one out there.
Sure, I'm grateful for all he's done to this community, but he can't claim to be a victim when he's clearly not. And I wonder why people try to defend him still.
I'm starting to think you may be correct.
Famine wrote this in post# 8713
Fiat, while grammatically correct, is not an often used word in this instance, at least where I'm from.
