"If the car stops accelerating after 4th, don't worry, it does this."

That's usually a sign that you've set your gears too tall. ;)

Eh, I know, but it's a botched gearbox. I can guess one, I think, I just don't want to. I need to revise now, goddammit. Stop bugging me!

Ninja editing gearbox nao.

Okay stock as they come from the UCD with no services done and no settings changed:
Spoon Fit Race Car '03 has 123HP 123ft-lbs torque weighs 990kg and 369PP rear aero only set to 10 and has RH tires equipped. (766.2 miles on it)
Volkswagen Lupo GTI Cup Car (J) '03 has 133HP 121ft-lb torque weighs 1010kg and 375PP rear aero only set to 10 and has RH tires equipped. (462.5 miles on it.)
Volkswagen Lupo Cup Car '00 has 123HP 112ft-lb torque weighs 840kg and 378PP rear aero only set to 10 and RH tires equipped. (169.3 miles on it.)
Volkswagen New Beetle Cup Car '00 has 202 HP 199ft-lb torque weighs 1170kg and 417PP rear aero only set to 10 on RH tires. (98.1!
Nissan MM-R Cup Car '01 has 137HP 108ft-lbs torque weighs 672kg and 432PP rear aero only set to 10 and equipped with RH tires. (3,475.6 miles on it.)

Let an Asian be when he's revising Roj, golden rule No.1.

Eh, it's late already, revising when I should be asleep is only going to screw me over even more tomorrow.

The original 'box was scrapped, but since I had 10 minutes for a final race, this gearbox is actually a bit slower than the previous one and makes it handle slightly differently, so it probably won't drive as nicely, but it does accelerate that bit quicker. I guess.

'night for now though. :P

You made your final gear way higher than mine. Mine accelerates perfectly fine in 5th, by the way.

I'm now tempted to put up the xB tune I had which won the race at 375PP. It was slower by some distance but still a nice drive. Was at 380PP via downforce adjustment but removed it after it was slower in testing. I've already uploaded the xA I was testing and the Honda N360 I took too  xB is a good laugh of a car though, like a Nissan Cube but different.

Well the Atenza is done. It'll be on share on both accounts (RoJJieE & VTiRoj) tonight after I get it duped after refresh. I'll post it up at some point later.

I think my Lupo is done too, though holding out hope that the prettier Barchetta that I'm holding in the wings will pull a miracle and get rid of the understeer it has to break the 1.55 barrier.

If not then the Lupo will be up on share in a few days.

I am pretty sure I read this right, but any FF car? Like I could potentially enter a race car as long as it's a FF at 380pp? Also which cape ring is this the main one with the loop or a different version. I don't know all the names.

Yes, but power limiter and ballast aren't allowed at all, so good luck to anyone finding a race car that will run faster than a road car at this level.

Cape Ring Periphery, the one that's being used in the new seasonal.

I'm still quite new on this strange but exciting planet. Now I found this competition and would like to join it with a tuned car. Since I'm not familiar with competitions like these, may I ask two questions?

I could see that there are already a dozend of tuners but only three cars are listed until now in the thread.
Must I place my tuned car in this thread including the tuning list or is it only necessary to share the tuned car?

Is it also allowed to contribute a car which is...uh...somehow...eh...how can I explain...one of those cars it seems nobody wants to own in real life (and GT5 too)?
I mean one of those cars for which there is no tune on GTPlanet yet (at least I could'nt find one), because nobody can see it on the UCD because every normal developed GT5-brain has a build-in filter to sort out those kind of cars?:)

I managed a 1:59 on Cape Ring with it. But in the hands of a real driver it could be a real weapon...I think...I hope...:D

Got to let kremke know that you want to be a tuner and when you done tuning your car share it online and post your tune on this thread if you want

Welcome to :gtplanet:!

You have to post the settings in this thread and share the car online. More tuners will be posting their cars in the next couple of days as the deadline grows closer. 👍

Of course! Provided it meets the rules and regulations, go for it! :)

I couldn't do an FWD conversion to a panda AE86 so I chose a Honda Accord instead.💡

Damn I been driving this track for so long i'm starting to see double lol. 1:56.2 is best I can get. I know for sure I can land 1:55's, but it would have to be dead perfect. Assuming this is same as other tournaments with top drivers always being 2 sec better than me that would mean it can do low 1:54's. Common top drivers lol.

Edit: 1:55.4!!!!!!

I think Ill toss my hat in the ring as tuna. This is my first tune from scratch so dont expect too much.
PSN amzgspider.
Car is shared I will send out FR to the testers tonight.

You made your final gear way higher than mine. Mine accelerates perfectly fine in 5th, by the way.

But I made the top speed autoset way lower than yours. ;) But mine is more peppy and fun to flick around, having driven both. :P

Wow, quite the turnout for this one, eh? And given that this seasonal might not get pulled off for a while like all the rest of them, we might even have time for 2nd and 3rd rounds with different limits.

Not at the same time, of course.

The car is on share. :)
I couldn't nail down very consistent laps with it due to my driving ability, but I did nail 2 laps at 1.55.5xx, so it's no slouch :)

May as well get it here now. The car is on share.

The car can run mid 55's in the race but I can't get close to the 55.423 I did in practice.

The PP is a lie!

Okay because I'm crazy and all that I decided to see exactly how much you could get out of the 2CV...well according to PD a maxed out one has 376PP which would lead you to think it might stand a chance of at least having a good finish if not winning the Cape Ring race. Well think again getting a couple lucky drafts I managed to post a best lap of 2:14.303 and a ninth place finish. Thanks to the PDA its enough money to pay for this folly but unless you enjoy watching paint dry forget it.

With good gearing and hitting the turn onto the front straight just right you might just hit 90mph before lightly brushing the brakes for turn one. I say lightly brushing the brakes because due to its weight even with the brake balance turned way down the car shrubs off speed faster than a popsicle disappears in hell.:lol:

So sorry guys but could you take me off the list as a tester please? I have some family problems that just come up :( ever so sorry guys!

Never mind the matter has been sorted :D! Everyone who is a tuner add me :)
