Considering DuPont may not even be sponsoring them next year, I doubt it.

Jeff Gordon is DuPont and vice versa. I read the small article on Jayski, and I think it's a shocker to the NASCAR world. However, I do not believe this is the end of the DuPont logo on the #24 Chevrolet. I think that over the course of 20 years, Jeff, Hendrick Motorsports, and the company have extremely strong ties and from a business standpoint, the 24 car is virtually the only advertisement the company has at this point. DuPont looks like it's going big in agriculture, with its "Pioneer" division and I believe they will try to feature that aspect of their company if the maintain sponsorship. So in short, I think DuPont most likely will keep their ties with Gordon but the #24 Chevy might not be as colorful.

Have you noticed that the new cars look alot smaller than the current cars?

So Joey Coulter is going to drive for Kyle Busch next year. It seems like yesterday, they were running into each other for 5th at Kansas.

I vote Jeff keeps the psycodelic checkered flag pattern on the Chevy test cars. Looks good.

Ah woops. My bad.

Ah goodie. Nice to see Brian in JGR anyway.

I'd rather have Brian race full-time in SC and... a certain someone demoted to NW.

Then again I think the same about Regan, and the David R's...

Still hoping for the ultimate trolling in the JGR ride.

Would be nice but again the current line-up in JGR is pretty strong.

I think this means that Brian Scott could see the exit which I'm delighted about. I would love to see a big push for a NW title from JGR next season.

Brian Scott is already confirmed to be out of JGR.

Even then, It kinda was a forgone conclusion when Brian Himself basically was sure he wasn't gonna be back (that and his bad performances).

Brian Scott is the bizzaro Ricky Stenhouse. He started out great but then started sucking a year or so in.

I think it is going to be Elliot Sadler, Ryan Truex, and Brian Vickers driving full time in Nationwide for Gibbs. Also i read somewhere that Travis Pastrana is going to run full time for Roush-Fenway.

One of the JGR cars (18) will be mixed with drivers like Truex, Wallace Jr, Hamlin.
Pastrana is still working details with sponsorship but looks to be full time in RFR car which hopefully he can use the 99 and let RAB go back to 09.

Most likely, but Gibbs said he was interested in running truex full time.

I hope logano doesn't run the 22 too often, i would like to see Ryan Blaney run a lot more races.

Well, yeah. He was only running full time the last few years because of Penske's deal with the Tire people. Wonder if this means the 22 will be split by Joey, Brad, Ryan, and Jaq (the best selling musician) for the RCs, or maybe Penske will have a 3rd car.

Blaney might be in the car for the short-intermediate tracks like bristol or dover. Joey and brad will most likely split the car for the other races except the road courses where jaq will run.

Phoenix. It's the final mile-long track of the season. This has always been a tough track to race on. Doesn't matter what series it is- Phoenix is a pretty tricky circuit. The whole family will be in action at Phoenix this weekend- Trucks, Nationwide, and Cup. That said- good luck to all teams and drivers competing this weekend at Phoenix.

Harvick to SHR in 2014

I can't say that this is surprising, really. Stewart has frequently driven for KHI in the Nationwide series, so the two drivers definitely get along very well. I'm sure Harvick is looking for a higher-quality ride in Sprint Cup, especially following the worst season ever at RCR performance-wise. It's a miracle Harvick made the Chase in those slow RCR cars this season. It's the same reason that EGR is going to switch to HMS engines for 2013; it's the only way to compete in a Chevy. Maybe RCR will be fielding a black #3 for Austin Dillon in 2014?

Wow, Harvick to SHR? I myself didn't see that coming but as first mentioned, Stewart is pretty much best buds with Harvick so it does seem reasonable. Harvick also brings plenty of sponsorship with Jimmie Johns and Budweiser (assuming they follow him).

I think he will. He put a black #3 in the Truck Series and then followed that by doing the same a year later in the Nationwide Series. When Austin moves up, and we all know he will, the number 3 is going to come with him.

I doubt he will be in the three, that will make A LOT of fans angry. He might take back the number 33, since he is still listed as owner.

And as for that theory about Kurt in the 29 in 2014, who else is better to fill kevin harvicks spot? Plus the 78 is a satellite team of RCR (as most of us already know) so it certainly is possible.

This. Using the #3 in the other series is OK, but I think we won't see that number again in the Cup series anytime soon or....ever.
