Race Recap
Another very fun night of racing in Flex. Three 30 minute races consisting of rain, dirt, and snow in the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X TC. Race 1 had Martin_ky leading most of the race but being reeled in by Psycho-Tuber in the final laps finishing a very close 2nd at just over 0.4 seconds behind. BavMotWork was running very fast as well and in position to challenge the leaders before an unfortunate disconnect. Johnsom, Noobs, and Count finishing 7th/8th/9th less than a second apart. Race two was the very challenging but picturesque Eiger K trail. There were great battles throughout the race for everyone with Count and Johnsom again finishing just tenths of a second apart. Race three was a whiteout for most the field for most the race. Even with the poor visibility there was great racing done by everyone. Psycho-Tuber took the lead in the first lap and never looked back. Martin_ky succumbed to the pressure of BavMotWork midway thru the race giving up second place. Count was once again in another close finish. This time with Team-Kracker finishing just 0.072 seconds apart. Great racing by everyone and thanks for coming out.
Note: Due to the random grid function not working correctly Martin_ky was started in pole position for every race. He will give up his place in the final standings and all finishing places below him will be bumped up 1 spot.
The dirt was exciting as well. I would like to have another go in Suzuka!
