Turtles And Ladies! Tonight Is Our FIRST 1 Race Enduro Practice! Each Practice Race will last roughly 20 Minutes! Followed with Open Session to Master your Line at the Famous Track Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit!
Practice Begins at 8pm Eastern / 7pm Central / 5pm Pacific
Races will start Shortly After Then
I will be Hosting
Room will be open roughly 45 Minutes Before Practice Begins

You guys could always talk before.. Why would it be different now? Practice is for learning. Talk about the track, entry speeds, braking points, drafting would be greatly appreciated by someone like me. Just my 2 cents worth.Can i talk during the practice races? other than to myself that is?

I love it. It makes it so much more fun to drive/race with the wheel than the stupid DS3. I was so bad at being smooth with the DS3 and the wheel makes that a lot easier. Now I just need to figure out the line and speed through turns 9, 10, 11 and 12....
And once I have a more sturdy setup, it will be even better. I currently have the wheel mounted to a small folding table. Like one you'd see in a movie that someone was eating a TV dinner on. It's weighted down with bungees and 2 x 10 lb weights. Less than ideal, but it works for now.

I made another video last night to try out some additional software that came with my new Hauppauge and also tried some modified formatting settings. I think I've got it down now and ready for the Saturday races. Note: I recorded my race last night (practice race #2) where AZATORINKAHUM was lagging so bad he rammed me three times and ultimately put me in the wall leaving me far behind the pack. I wanted to show this to illustrate how one's bad connection can ruin the race for one or more competitors. Unfortunately, the stupid glitch just locks up my PS3 almost anytime I try to play a replay so I have limited footage available. I also can't document the disputed contact between micanthony and RacingOtaku like I wanted to. Damn PD, fix the thing before spending time on crap we don't need

i watched my replay. it shows RO following directly behind me coming off the final corner and it was like he hit a brick wall and his car stopped all at once, followed by some skidding and smoke. very odd.
i wish i knew how to post a replay, i'd show you RO.

Well, lag is what it is, we both see what occurred on track differently. who's to say who was lagging. I'm sure your replay shows a completely different perspective than mine.***

nope, was told to mute my mic.👎 I'll probably be skipping the practices from now on if it's this serious going forward. I used to really enjoy the casual nature of our practices getting to know everyone and goofing off a bit. oh well... i'll save that for another time and place i guess.
