★☆ S.T.a.R. Racing League ☆★ presents Lightning Shuffle Races the Real Shuffle Race Simulator

Remember when we used to do a little public shuffle racing after Enduro on Saturday nights? Do you miss shuffle racing from GT5? I do more than any other feature & a friend of mine ( @lightningdf22b1 ) created a quick easy working formula for calculating the car shuffling required to simulate a real shuffle racing experience just like in GT5. He also did extensive research developing the first list of 16 cars which are in the 450PP category. All you need to do is to obtain the cars & change the oil and your good to go. Races are on Saturday nights at 9pm PST / midnight East Coast time. The first races are this Saturday hope to see you there! Please Excuse me the thread is not finished @Luv2Coach is working on the OP and it should be completed by this evening.

Ugh oh well, still 11 laps to go
yep, that's what I meant to let you know earlier. You only aquire miles on your car in online practice and offline only. Never in online race. Sorry I didn't get message thru to you earlier. Might of saved you some time. It was the same way in gt5.

My console lost power. No lights no nothing just went dead. I pulled power cord and plugged it back in the red light returned. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Sounds like your power cord was just loose in the wall outlet. Outlets wear from years of plugging in and unplugging things. The cord may looked plugged in but not making good connection.

If the cord doesn't feel tight when you plug it in just spread the prongs a little. That's a quick fix until you can replace the outlet.

Just a heads up guys .... I will not make Saturday's race nor the one after as I will be in the tropical sunshine of the Florida Keys .... fleeing the 20 degree temps next week here in Georgia. As to the subject of my age, consider this neat shot of me coming off of turn 2 at Suzuka Circuit 34 years ago and I was 32 at the time

You hit it right on the head one of the prongs on my wall plug had a gnarly bend at the tip! Thanks bruh, you think you'll be able available for some midnight shuffle this Saturday?

Glad i could help brutha. As for the shuffle racing i cant make it.I'm not taking another day off till March 1st. I'll be at the GVS reverse race though. Hope you can make that one. It's gonna be a good one.

I have now finally platinum'd GT6, and now have enough to buy the last 2 cars for flex friday, so looks like I will make it now.

That is a cool shot, ANFD, and it illustrates well how safety has improved over the years. Back then you even had to hold on to your crash hat in case the wind blew it off! :D

I won't be able to race on Saturday either but I will be there tomorrow for the Flex races.

From what I understand, Turtles live a very long time

Based on some of the things you said about your background tz, relative to motorcycle racing and AMA Pro racing I have a ton of pictures I could tease you with :sly: You may not remember but the history of AMA racing goes back quite a ways. I was Freddie Spencer's suspension engineer in his very first years with Honda when that picture was taken
