If you're still accepting entries, 10pm on Saturdays is a perfect time slot for me.

#84 (Don't think I've saw that taken)

Thanks for having me. Now I have something to put in my signature until the WRS qualifier finishes :dopey:

Although, for the sake of my tailbone, with the 2 hour drive I may have to upgrade my Elite Dining Room Chair to the Racing Recliner, Boss Edition.

Oh snap! 3 Divisions now! Sweet lord this is crazy. Finally the driver list is a lot better now. :)

My question is how does a promotion/demotion work? I hope we can work out a way to have a promotion/relegation system.

It's two 45 minute races with a nice break in between. You won't have to sit down the entire time. 👍

Promotion: Win by a silly amount/win consistently for 3-ish weeks.
Demotion: Finish many seconds behind your division, lose consistently.

My best summary/guess.

 right on!

Well its a 15 minute qualy and 2 45 minute races, well yeah an awesome wicked 2 hour drive! LoL!

Thank you Mo!

Promotion and Regulate (In other words, Demotion)

If a Racer in Division 2 or Lower Wins 2 STRAIGHT weeks, like if a racer wins the overall results in its division 2 consecutive weeks, then that driver is promoted to the next division. If a racer joined and started in Division 2 or lower, and completely dominates the division (Like @LeoStrop) He is Promoted after 1 week

Demotion

Happens when a racer in any division finishes last overall 2 consecutive weeks in the overall results. Or if a racer consistency finishes in the back of the pack for consistent weeks and can not keep up with the pack. However don't take Regulate a bad thing, i find it an opportunity to go to a new division and get some good racing with a good pack around you, No one likes racing by themselves 👍

I thought this was Leo's 2nd week. I was sure i saw him online 2 weeks back. Unless his connection wasn't as good. But ya, from the qualifying times i could tell that Leo was in a league of his own. He will give you guys a handful.

Anyway, as for Division talk with regards to Relegation/Promotion, i wasn't sure if there was one in place or you just made that post up now. haha. Anyway, it sounds fine with me there. And the whole point is to have equal talent racing like you said. I know for example that im a good driver but not the best. If i was in Division 1, from the number im reading from the results, i would get smoked. Yet in Division 2, I have been competing for the top 3 spots in the 2 races i was able to join. So there is a difference in talent/experience and those could change from week to week or month to month.

Retired in 2008 after 29 years of racing. Yes I am old.

Money? I stopped counting after I could have payed for my house a couple times.

Don't mind the 2:36.xxx it was a random guy with a VW Scirocco. But what are the odds of getting a 2:44.000?

I was able to run a 2:43.975 last night. Thanks to Latenight Rider for pushing me to close the gap. Than we ended up racing bumper to bumper the final lap of the race. Than in practice i was able to run another 2:43.6xx. It was a proud moment. Very proud. :dopey:

A few more laps and I was looking at a 2:47... not sure where you're pulling another 3 seconds out of, haha. Although I think a wider line into turn 7 might help me carry a bit more speed climbing up around the Schumacher S... currently I get around that hairpin and then go make myself a sandwich while climbing that hill...

@scarecrow937 Are you able to Host D1 for a better connection this saturday? I'll still be attending

@Spliffy do you plan on attending this saturday? If so, is it possible for you to host this Saturday in D2? Roy is a bit busy at the moment.
