Turtle Racing League Night Recap​

Division 1: @lightningd was able to grab the pole this week in Division 1 with a flying Lap Time! However it didn’t matter who got the faster lap in Race 1, it was all about consistency! Lightning was able to take off and provide super consist laps in Race 1. @Dolph Drago and @LeoStrop were also involved in this battle! Also @micantony and @GT_Racer22 had some awesome battling in Race 1. @BionicDerp fell behind in Race 1 after making a minor mistake having him lose time, which derp called it a night after 1.@Turnupdaheat had issues with his drivetrain in race 1 as he accidently left it in Automatic in Race 1, but in Race 2 he put it back to Manuel and provided a good outing in Race 2.@TX Exectutioner actually blew up his turtle engine on the grid of race 1, and he had to leave to go buy a new turtle Engine. But TX Executioner told Division 1 that his Turtle Engine will be even faster Next week at Apricot Hill Raceway! @Dolph Drago and @Masterhec had one of the Closest Finishes for a certain Position in Turtle Racing League History!! Now that is awesome!@Scarecrow937 was off Division 1 pace and has announced that he would like to go to Division 2, and re-learn some Speed down in Division 2, but watch Out Division 1, When He comes back to Division 1, he could be faster than ever!! Scarecrow just needs to get on fire, then that turtle is gone! @Masterhec finished mid pack in race 1, but in Race 2, he improved a lot by finishing 2nd Place in Race 2! LeoStrop was able to fly away in Race 2 as everyone spunout in Race 2 early, allowing Leo to grab a good second race win.

Division 2: Well Well! All you can say is that @3forSpeed is the New Turtle Pace Car! Thats right, Roy got in the wrong car in Race 1, which forced him to sit in the pits for Race 1. Roy did very well in Race 2 However. But the Big Story in Division 2 was the top 6 in the Final Results! @SilverFire41 Provided the Fastest Lap in Division 2 Last Night! But @BigMoMo101, @johnsom, @TheBlack7 were all running super consist laps and provided a wicked finishes in both Races! You can just tell by how close these finishes were in both Races which Was awesome racing by all of them! @Severn had some Staying on tracks issues as well, but got the hang of the combo overtime. We had many disconnections or DNF guys in Division 2. But Hey Division 2! Watch out for @nascarfan14 coming from Division 3 next week, as well as @scarecrow937 coming down to Division 2! Division 2 could get really intense over the next couple of weeks! Watch out Everyone in Division 2! It’s about to get Turtle Intense!!


Division 3: What a pure dominate night by @nascarfan14, let’s put it this way, Spyagent has been dominating Division 3 over the last couple of weeks, and its about time for him to get promoted to Division 2! Congrats Man! @tzracer had a strong finish in Race 1, finishing 2nd Place! As well as Tz finished 4th in Race 2! Though another story in Division 3 last Night, @flesxruoyxllik finished very well last night finishing 3rd and 2nd! Flesx came away with a 2nd overall finish in the final Results! Congrats to Flesx! Looks like your getting Faster! @KTR5 also finished very well in both races, though coach wasn’t the fastest on the track, Coach kept it on the track for the most part and did very well! @Sharkb8ii and @Daniel Pinho represented Divison A Last Night, though dpinho1975 disconnected during Race 1 in his first start with turtle, hopefully it won’t happen in Next time he attends a Turtle Racing League Feature Event. Sharkb8ii however came away with the Division A Victory. Congrats to Everyone

I was wondering if Masterhec could let me know what type (Brand & Model) of capture card he uses. I have been recording my virtual racing exploits for many years simply by using a tripod to mount the camera and recording the screen image from across the room. Obviously this was quite awesome for sometime (6 years ago), but with the advent of capture cards becoming prevalent, my videos became antiquated and I've deleted my entire channel (85 videos). I'd like to create a new channel with more current technology. Videography is a hobby and a passion for me and best of all, I have time to do careful editing. This would give Division 2 some representation. I do have another You Tube channel dedicated to another passion I have .... traveling. I was wondering if Masterhec could let me know what type (Brand & Model) of capture card he uses. I have been recording my virtual racing exploits for many years simply by using a tripod to mount the camera and recording the screen image from across the room. Obviously this was quite awesome for sometime (6 years ago), but with the advent of capture cards becoming prevalent, my videos became antiquated and I've deleted my entire channel (85 videos). I'd like to create a new channel with more current technology. Videography is a hobby and a passion for me and best of all, I have time to do careful editing. This would give Division 2 some representation. I do have another You Tube channel dedicated to another passion I have .... traveling. The pvr it's the oldest model, if you visit or google hauppauge.com you can found a new hd pvr models, also exist other brands, but the price for me are a little bit expensive. Greetings and I hope I answered your question.

Deadline day for the WRS Qualifier... going to have to give a special shout out to the TRL for my Brands Hatch lap. After practicing with the S2000's all week and taking a note from @LeoStrop about keeping letting the tail wag, I decided to go back again and run with the M3 a few more times and totally crushed my previous time.
It drove like I wish the S2000 had... I could take corners practically sideways and never spin, haha.

Thank you Masterhec for the information on your capture device. I got my wife's reluctant approval to buy one last night so I thought I had better act fast so I ordered the Elgato PVR. It connects to TV with HDMI and will record PS3 at 720p or 1080i. I like this unit because it is also verified to record PS4 at 1080p so I'm looking ahead. It is supposed to be delivered by next Friday ..... just in time
