ohhhh so that's why he probably started, as it got past Race time..he may have been wondering where you went and as i said too all hosts to not start late unless a disconnection happened before Qualy. So He may have waited a couple minutes past regular race time, but you didn't show up due to unable to connect to gt online.

Thanks to all who came out for Div2 this week! Thank you for your for being patient with me! Congrats to the winners!! The results are being calculated through Nasa computers and will displayed here in the coming days!

Division 2 was pretty sweet. Dominated would be right word for my first race. I think i won it by a minute or so. Put a smile on my face. Made 1 small mistake but it didn't stop me. The second race was tightly fought between me and Silver for 2nd place while Arrogant took his sweet ass time to finish 1st place about 12 seconds ahead. There was only 0.100 difference between Silver and me. Side by side on the main straight on the last lap.

Too many slides in the second half of the second race. I was making time but with the sun going down, the grip dipped and it was just too hard to hold onto the car. Props to Lobster for keeping his cool and not losing ground.

The Division 3 race was dominated by @nascarfan14 (spyagent1439) with a huge gap win in the first race and a more competitive, yet still large win in the second race. There were some solid battles between @James Hnter, @tzracer and @flesxruoyxllik in the second race, while @KTR5 (CoachMK21) and @Sharkb8ii rounded out the field. There were a few disconnects prior to the start of qualifying and the first race as well.

Shucks Dolph... im doing the points now. You were .048 of a second in race two from getting first instead of third for the weekend. You would have tied on points but won the fast lap Tiebreaker.

Noooooo!!! Hector and I had quite a finish there for 2nd on the final straight. I was hoping I would keep the momentum going into the corner high with him under me, but I saw he started to gain back. I tried in vain to slow his momentum by coming down and rubbing along his car (a la Ricky Craven / Kurt Busch at Darlington '03 for those Nascar fans out there), but he got me by a fender. Of course, had I just been able to keep the car out of the sand coming out of turn 1 starting the final lap, I may have been able to stay ahead and not had that crazy finish. Awesome racing with you, Hector.

And great job by lightning winning the first race and Leo pulling away early and dominating that second race. 👍 While he cruised around the track early, the rest of us were making mistakes all over the place the first half of that second race.

First off, if anyone new posts in the thread wanting to sign up, can someone welcome them and get them set up (color combo/number)

Also lets all congratulate and welcome @nascarfan14 to division 2!! He's been on fire lately in division 3 lets see what division 2 brings him, I might move some drivers down to division 3 today as well just going to look over their past results and see if they need to be in a pack of racers around them vs no one around them we will see

But congratulations to @nascarfan14 keep it up!

Thanks @scarecrow937 for hosting. I was struggling a bit on the first race, had just woken up and my brain was still locked in cruise mode.

Also i want to do a quick self report by bumping @micantony and making him spin on the first half of the race . I think dolph stepped on the grass a little bit and mic had to brake a bit early, the same thing i should have done! So please check the replay of the first race before posting the end results.

Second race i was a bit better, invited my S2k for a dance in Brands Hatch, and we went until the sunset!

I will watch the replay. I admit i brake a lot earlier than most, particularly on this track/car combo for me. Was working slow in, fast out to the max. And while it got me a 1:39.7 lap time, I did notice I was braking much earlier than some of you guys who like to drift through the corners

Had a blast this weekend though. Became a bit tired race 2 though i think and started spinning too much

It was fun racing with everyone. Very tough and challenging in division 1 from top to bottom. Great racing guys.

Leo, Dolph and Lightning are so fast and consistent. And Hector race 2 was awesome! It's a pleasure to try and learn from you guys. 👍

You're not the only one who got a bit tired

Personally, that wasn't really my favorite combo, but it was fun. The looseness of the car and the width of the track in certain spots made for some accidents and frustration. I consistently ran mid 1:40s. I just couldn't get back in the zone after I crashed. I pushed too hard to catch back up, then I just stuck a wheel of the track and round it went.

But why should I be upset, I finally led some full laps in Div. 1! But then my confidence went really high and I screwed up. Then I screwed up again. And again. And again. And agai-you get the point right?

But overall, it was a very fun night of racing, and we all had good battles. Good job @lightningd, @Dolph Drago and @LeoStrop, you all basically dominated last night. See you all on Wednesday at Apricot Hill!

Race one was intense for me. had micantony on my tail for 10 or 15 laps or so. i broke away to maybe a 2 second lead, then had a misshift in T4 killing all my momentum and allowing 2nd-4th to catch up. i think that created the pack-jam that lead to the leo/mic incident. then, dolph was on my tail for another 10 laps. i definitely had a lot of "remind myself to breathe" during that race.

2nd race. lesson learned, 3 wide on this track is a death wish. lap 1, i think gr8 slowed up after T2, and dolph and made it 3 wide going around him, and i got bumped off the track. i got back on probably 5 seconds behind the pack, so i started pushing and just about everywhere i tried to pass, i failed at it and spun, then catch back up, repeat. simultaneously, i was burning the tires off the car catching up, and the last 10 laps was worthless. definitely a lot of lessons learned for this new track.

congrats to leo on that second race win. i was hoping he'd make a mistake in the lead, but the gap indicator was not shrinking! haha. good racing everyone. i'll see y'all after my month long japan work trip. if i can figure out how to get around, i'm gonna try to get to fuji speedway. if i can hustle, i'll see if i can drive it

Race 1 was real door to door racing among div 2 drivers! Nevermind @moeom who pulled away to a 1 minute lead, finished 1st and had a cup of coffee to wait for everyone to cross the finishline! I guess pit strategy worked for both me and @TheBlack7 arrogant lobster and finished 2nd and 3rd respectively. However, positions were ever changing amongst the drivers up to the last few laps! It didn't allow me to save the replay to post who took the remaining positions.

My race 2 wasn't really as fun as race 1... Aside from numerous mistakes and getting fatigued, my wife was giving me angry looks and won't stop talking to me! Race 2 was won by lobster @TheBlack7 and 2nd and 3rd was a close finish between @SilverFire and @moeom respectively. Followed by @Severn and @ANFD who passed me on the last lap to take 5th... I took 6th followed by @3forSpeed who decided to cruise around and enjoy the views of brand hatch!

Wow! Sounds like every division had that "interesting thing" going on. Turtle Racing has brought up more than I had suspected. Definitly had some fun racing everyone.
