Oh no, I get "slower is faster" but a chunky modern American "muscle" car on a back-and-forth kind of track like Indy Road... I just imagine the big, heavy, cheeseburger and fries weight of the thing getting thrown around on its squishy American "what's a corner?" suspension...

But again, I could just be imagining it way worse than it actually is. Don't know if I've driven the C7, yet.

When I did in GT5 it felt stiff and a bit understeery, but that doesn't really mean anything in GT6.

The C7 is probably one of the most track capable cars produced in the US, and I've driven it in game. It seems more like a sports car than a fat sluggish American cheeseburger of a car. Now I'm hungry......

I've now sadly realized that I can't make it to the Special Class Race with the 86 GT Racecar There's an indoor race in Atlantic City that I'm going to that night. And then I'll also miss whatever race is on February 8 (C7/Indy?) because there's another indoor race

Fingers crossed that the drama in my house has chilled (if your in-laws are about to end up homeless, let them be homeless) and I can do some practicing tonight since I didn't really get much of a chance last night, and I'm not around on Wednesday evenings. If I don't see a friend's room open tonight when I jump on I'll create an unofficial practice room (am I correct in assuming that you can't set up tire wear and fuel consumption up on arcade or test drives? Because I haven't found a way to do that yet...).

correct, you get more grip which in arcade mode you get faster laps. This is why we need community back, if you want to do some free run by yourself, the private rooms were awesome for turtle in GT5

in GT6, you can't set the room to 1 participant. You have to set it to 2 minimum. hopefully people get the clue though that you choose to be alone when the room is set to only 2 max
