@88GTA I don't know why you tagged me, I can't participate in any S.N.A.I.L. events during the week as I am AT WORK during that time. The only events I could participate in are the Endurance and Spec races. And I can get in on practice on Friday nights if I get off work early enough.

^Just wanted to see if you were interested. Won't happen again.

Good racing last night guys. You missed some fun snow rallying for the 5th race between Tez and I though. :dopey:

@jobyone
My track choice is Apricot Hill because GT6 says it's my favorite.

Firstly, last night was a lot of fun. You all do a great job of seamlessly organizing these events and making it enjoyable for everyone.

You guys are at a level of skill I'm trying to reach which is why I wanted to join something like this. I hope you all don't mind Capt Slow here!

Hey, we were all slow before we were fast. If you ever want advice or some tutoring don't hesitate to ask. There's plenty of guys around here who'd be happy to help I'm sure, myself included.

Do I get to pick the PP and the split for winning?
You sure do. Ken gets to pick the Qualifying track.

Everyone else gets to pick a track to add to the list

Tez -
Koszak - Apricot Hill

@JoeW - did the frenchies let you down? Only 6th place:confused:

Dan,

I am glad you had a good time. I hope you come back. Just remember car choice makes a big difference. The guys that have been doing this for a while tend to know what cars are best at a given PP so watch what they use and give those cars a try when you are testing.

Looking at Bowler's pick, this track probably won't get picked next week, but I'd like to add Circuit de la Sarthe (WITH Chicanes)

I was last in every race for months. Just keep at it, save and analyze the replays and practice. One of the things that helped me most was running my faster cars when Joe, Ken and Bowler would use their slow cars. I was able to follow their lines and braking points and keep up with those D1 guys in an environment that Sunday night racing can't replicate.

No one minds you racing here at all.

Wow, what a supportive group of people! Did not expect these replies.

Well, you're not getting rid of me that easily. I can only dream that some day, I'll be as good as my hero, Schmiggz. Totally agree that the cars you choose make a big difference. I have been paying attention and testing cars when I can. I swear that ****in rally car could do so much more! Was actually fun to drive for such an old car.

Yeah I may take you up on that some time! Thanks!

Yeah, I have been reviewing the races and watching how you all race. That has given me a lot of insight. I feel very welcome here, thanks.

Oh and I'd like to add Mazda Raceway Leguna Seca

Oh wait, it was the last lap crash at Motegi in the Hommel that really irked me...but yes...because French!

But sometimes love can be a fickle thing. She hurt me Tuesday but we had makeup sex and we are fine now :)

Btw...add SSR5 to the list.

Work has gotten extremely busy. But i do plan on racing next Tuesday. BTW I'd like to add Grand Valley East-Forward.
Unfortunately only those that raced Tuesday get to pick tracks. Looking forward to you joining the crew next week.

I'll see what track I'll add soon...hopefully tonight.

Edit: I don't see Daytona Road Course. I tend to enjoy racing around there and it can produce some good racing so I'll put that one up.

Confirmation for which Sarthe track please....the '05 and '09 layouts are quite different to drive on, at least they were in GT5.

I wasn't aware there were multiple layouts beyond chicanes/no chicanes. I guess the newer one.

There is 2013, 2009 with and without chicanes, and 2005 with and without chicanes. Five different versions to choose from.
