Ken picked 1640pp with no split. So 410pp average for all the cars.

I choose Autumn Ring Reverse for the qualifying track.

 That's a DTC first.

@jobyone
We would like to add one or maybe even two tracks to each group to expand our track choices. Perhaps a vote is in order?
Sounds good. Would you guys like to nominate tracks then have a vote? Say everyone can nominate 2 tracks.

learning experience this was....
fun nonetheless .
sorry i had the volume down so i cud not hear the trash talk tho...

It's always a good time, no matter where we end up finishing. I'm not sure if it was good or bad that you couldn't hear us considering it's probably distracting but we amuse ourselves. I couldn't stop laughing when you were trying to ask us that question before the last race. We still didn't know you couldn't hear us and all we saw was:

Basswerks: *********
Basswerks: **********
Koszak27: gr bass
Basswerks: can

I had just said "good race" over my mic to you after Trial Mountain in our yellow Hondas and I didn't know if you were trying to agree or just curse me out! Then it turned out you were just trying to see if you could switch your car.

Ken thought it may have been Morse code. Good times...

I agree on Nurb and Sarthe. Not Route X. I think any track should be fair game with the exception of Route 7 and Route X.

Edit: Oh, and maybe the kart tracks. Unless the avg. PP is below 400.

1. Apricot Hill
2. Suzuka Full
3. Nurb GP/F

Details for the race Tuesday 2/18:

Qualifying and first race at Autumn Ring Reverse.

Off from work today due to the storm.

FF - Sprinter Trueno '98 393pp
4WD - Audi S3 '02 412pp
FR - Chrysler Crossfire '04 424pp

Sounds like a good course lineup. This is going to be challenging but I'm up for it!

^Those tracks I numbered were my votes for track choices. For Tuesday, the first track is Autumn Ring Reverse and after that the winner will pick the next track. Sorry for the confusion.

So I started a new job and right now and ending this at midnight is just tooooo late for me. I am sure once the weather turns around and I don't have to spend 20 minutes getting my car cleaned off and warmed up in the mornings Ill be back. Ill keep my eye out for some Sat or Sun events in meanwhile.

Man, that Evo rally seasonal is addictive....I just spent an hour on it and didn't gold it. I know the car can do it, I just need to find the right line through that last section with the back to back hairpin turns and that tenth and a half will be done.

If anyone is finding it tough to feel the responsiveness of the older Evos on it, try switching out the YAC for a LSD...I picked up over half a second just with that :)

I could have used a Lancer Evo, or any 4WD for that matter, driving to work in the snow this morning. :nervous:

I really enjoyed that seasonal with the Evo so I'm hoping I get more than 5 or 6 tries at it later today. Your ghost was quick @tezgm99. That was the first time I had driven in snow since GT5 and it was a lot of fun.

I tuned mine pretty much to the limit; stage 3 weight reduction, double plate clutch (triple mentions losing speed up hills which I didn't like for this track so I didn't buy it), rally suspension, front aero, rear wing and undertray....had to use the power limiter (95% or something) since all those upgrades put it a few points over the limit for it.
