average may be misleading. I am grabbing the fastest lap time for each car/track combo. Simply go to the data view while watching replays. It next to the change view button if you have never used it before. Does that answer your question?Question: How do you get the "average lap times" thing from race replays?
Ah that is math fuOh sorry I meant "average speed"...
Ah that is math fu
=(B$3/G4)*3600
Cell b3 has the distance of the track in miles
Cell g4 has the lap time in seconds
3600 is the seconds in an hour
So for Tsukuba in a 97 impreza it's
(1.271/66.692)*3600=68.6 mph
If people could run some laps of various tracks in their favorite car around 410 PP and let me know the lap times we could see where how we could slot a few more tracks in.
Saturdays PP is 1575. Not that anyone will complain if you run at 1518
Thanks for doing thisAfter testing several cars with different layouts...I've came up with the most average car I could and did ALOT of testing. It's not new or ancient. It's not heavy or light. Its handling isn't a strength or a detriment. You wouldn't call it swift, but it's rarely considered slow.
It's the Nissan Skyline GTS-t Type M (R32) '91
I chose this mainly because of it's FR layout and <2L displacement.
Testing Specs
Limited 2.5%
410PP
216HP
1260KG
I did two flying laps to set these times. Remember, there 410PP cars that will beat this car, but equally as many that won't depending on the track.
The list is sorted top down with longest tracks first. This should make it more evident those tracks that run at a higher average rate. As you move down the list, you would expect the time to decrease. If any track is taking more time than the one above it...it's a slower average speed.
