I didn't score that round because we both dropped.

Joe you dropped at Tokyo. XR didn't get points for his place at the next race at Indy Road.

Side note, I think I may still need my 20pp handicap. Haha. :dunce:

Testing:
FF - Hyundai CCS '03 386pp
4WD - Ford RS200 '84 439pp
FR - LT1 Z28 '97 449pp
MR - MR-S V (6MT) 385pp

Third race at Indy Road Course XR finished in 8th place.
So for you does that mean the results looked like this

XR - 8th
Tez - 9th
Goat - 10th
Star - 11th

What car did XR use in that race?

Also in the last race did Schmiggz start and get dropped or was he not able to start the race? If he started the race what car was he in?

Same question for you Ken in the last race.

If they both got dropped who dropped first?

Once I get that info I should be able to get the results finalized.

I also went ahead an gave bowler the 4 pt penalty.

Honda S2000 Type V (us)'00 - 435 pp

I like the point level, but I haven't found a 'just right' car in any powertrain.

The ones I have thought were fun/OK are probably too slow on the big tracks. Interesting exercise in choices.

Did some sighting laps at Motegi Speedway last night just to see what I had wrought...

I probably should have chosen this track at 1700-1800PP but I still like to mix things up a bit. In a car up to around 430PP you can go flat out almost all the way around. It should be very close racing and the draft will make it interesting.

It was kind of boring by myself but I think with 10 people on the grid it (I hope) will be a white knuckle ride for 20mins.

I can't remember but I think it was 43.xxx or 42.xxx (can't remember which) secs in a 433pp FR car. Had to lift a little in the big turn and had to actually tap the brakes going into the small turn.

I was comparing the Mugen S2000 and the Rx-8 Type S '07.

Which was better? Assuming that Mugen

RX-8 got me half sec quicker times consistently...both are 433pp. After Bowlers glowing review of the Mugen I decided to run some tests and for ME I wasn't impressed. If I am going to pick an S2000 I like the S2000 Type V better in the handling dept although the Mugen is slightly quicker in accel numbers and they are 1pp apart.

Dropping the Mugen from my list since the RX-8 is a better car at 433pp for ME.

The IROC-Z is better than them all...

I'll be doing some testing at the speedway this afternoon around 4:30pm EST. If anyone is interested, PSN message me.

Anyone up for some practice races (or rounds) tonight?

Short 4 to 5 lap races would be good to check some cars out.

Sure would. Probably after I get dinner situated and all that. I'll be up for some practice and beers. Most likely around 7 pacific time. Maybe a little sooner, maybe a little later.

I concur with bowler; should be available around the same time.

I am falling asleep, I won't make it tonight.

I could drool on my wheel, I guess, but my meds are kicking my behind today.

Had a great time guys.

Gonna break it that RX-8 Premium see what PP she comes out at. Seems its a good runner for the PP.

The Oval will be great fun. If we go real low in PP and I get track choice. I'd like to bust out the 3/8 mile oval. Should be in D2 share.
