◆ SNAIL [GT1 Championship] Series

Hello GT1ers,

Under the orders of our esteemed Zer0, we are putting together a team to compete in the GTP Endurance Series and therefore we are currently recruiting drivers for our first year in the Series.

I have talked to Jake, who suggested that I post here as well, in order to see if any of you fine gents are interested in joining us in representing SNAIL as we branch out into the wild frontier of GTP Endurance.

As we are still looking to add to our team, we are looking at you, fast, accomplished drivers, to be a part of the first foray of the SNAIL Endurance Racing Team in the premier Endurance Series out there. The commitment is about 1 weekend a month, with times varying (there’s a schedule on the appropriate board, found here: http://bit.ly/1Qzx38C).

Although we still don’t have a firm position on what categories we are going to race, it’s likely that we will not able to race in the faster ones. Just like in real life, we are going to have to prove our mettle before they let us fight for the big prizes. But that doesn’t mean that this is not important. Fighting at the bottom is what will enable us to get to the top and there would be no better way to improve our team prospects than to be able to add a few very fast drivers to our fold.

So far, we have 4 committed drivers and one tuner (Jake himself) willing and very able to help with setting up our cars.

So, what do you say? Let’s race SNAIL, only for a wee bit longer?

I know I said it before but I will say it again. I wish I could but I'm going to be running with DZ motorsports.I hope you find more drivers and that you have a great season.

Hum, endurance racing. Okey, I am listening. PM me or post. When, where and what?
We run Wednesday night
You would most defiantly be in the pro category
Next week 4 banger class after that we are switching to the V6 class
as for where I would hope on your PS3 but if you want to fly over to my house to watch on mine I will gladly accommodate :)

Hello GT1 Racers

Something has come up in the V6 Series and I am currently making adjustment to the class. More to come soon.

Edit: False Alarm my 16 year old brain had a bit of a brain fart:)

No big deal man. I was falling behind anyway due to worn tires but as soon as warmachine and I pit it wasn't a contest:)
yea those softs really gave you an advantage at the end. Good job. I cant believe how much you have learned since my leave. I remember when you said you would never make it as a pro. Now look you have had me chasing ya the last two weeks. I told you that one day it would be your time . Now enjoy it before you get my age and your back cant stand setting in the darn cockpit that long.lol

Ah don't tell me about old age I'm still 16!! Let me just enjoy it a little longer;)

Anyone have a Target Lap Time at Tokyo as yet?
Just want to find out what to shoot for.

Tex I would say if you can get into the 1:49's on Mediums you should be fine

Thank you, but doubt that my abilities will achieve the 50s on SM, much less 49s. Appreciate the "target", anyway.

1:43.646 on soft, 1:45.258 on mediums.
10 laps on both!
video proof to follow!

This is the other; it was being made while I found out that I was not within the regulations!
enjoy this for now:gtpflag:I got lot's more:lol:
