Just wanted to remind everyone about this post. Starting today, the price limit of S.N.A.I.L. cars is now $10M on Monday nights only! In other words, the Prize A and Prize B winners have until midnight to select a $10M car. Otherwise, the price limit drops back down to the usual $5M.

Do I need to break in the CAP cars??? Probably take it up next week if I don't need to break them in. With the limited time I have I need something fun where I can must jump in without practice and have some fun. If I'm last. who cares!

They count toward the cap as if they were broken in so you may be down a little bit but the field is so diverse and with the different selections being run at different times you probably wouldn't even notice that you were down a few PP if they weren't broken in.

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
ROUND 2 - Lotus Esprit V8 '02 @Road Course - Daytona
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since SoCalRacer310 wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most votes was:
ROUND 1 - Honda INTEGRA TYPE R (DC5) RM '04 @Deep Forest Raceway
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since TEX-36 gets Prize B, he gets to decide which part of the combo is replaced and what replaces it.

Price C goes to The2ArmedMen so he gets any gift car ticket listed here (by posting his selection here on the thread).

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your car and/or track selection until all racing complaints are filed and the results are made official. It's important that you review our Car/Track History so that you can see a complete history of how many times we've raced each car and track (just scroll to the right of that tab). Please remember that originality is always appreciated. Therefore, picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required).

Car Selection Guidelines
Selected cars must be available in the 'Dealerships', in the 'Online Dealership' (OCD), or in the Racing Car Pack. As discussed here, there will no longer be a restriction on when OCD cars can be selected. They are are now available for selection every week. However, OCD cars $1M and above are not available for selection during the second week of the OCD batch's availability (click here to check).
The maximum price for a selected car is $5M (but will be $10M starting in July). However, if you select a car from the OCD during it's second week of availability, it must cost less than $1M.
DLC cars that are FREE and currently available in the PlayStation Store are also available for selection.

Track Selection Guidelines
Any non-DLC track can be selected as long as a single lap with the car combo'd with it would not take more than five minutes to complete (don't select anything that includes the Nurburgring's Nordschleife)
Any track that's in the Course Pack or the Twin Ring Motegi Pack are also available for selection.

The PP is based on the max PP of each car. Standard cars are easy...rebuild engine or oil change and viola. Premiums should be broken in if you want max performance.

If the cars in your garage add up to 1600 but the max PP from our master list adds up to 1620 then you will be penalized points for being over. No detuning allowed.

IDK about B-spec, but the DTM one I do in A-spec earns 10mil in 45 min

-or- 2.5mil every 10 min. It's a pretty quick way to do it.

Thanks for the compliments on the pics. It's a lot of fun. On top of that I learn a lot from going through all the replays. I've played GT4 and now 5 and am amazed at the depth of the game. I never even touched the photo mode until this past winter, now I'm kinda hooked.
