Once you visit the community tab and setup your profile, it will show up on the main tab for your profile. Otherwise, you can go to your stats page on the far left of the main menu. I'm not sure if it logs online miles as well. I would believe so, because my Vantage V12 is now my most driven vehicle due to being in the Sunday races for 5 weeks.

It's located on "My Page" on the Profile / Status tab. My mileage looks right, 31,031.9
But.. but... How can the screenshot be posted from his cell phone? :dunce:

Edit: Great, I got a TOPP. Not sure what to do now.

Prize A Suggestion:

Since the last time I won a prize was way back when I chose the Renault megane trophy base model at spa.
For awhile I thought of a good prize combo that I showed to @zer05ive one day and I that I could remember was that he liked so I'm going to put it in as a suggestion and I will be

KTM Xbow Street at Laguna Seca

You were the guy that chose the Renault Base Model at Spa? Like 8 months ago?

That was one of the best combos ever

That was not the chatva I had pictured in my mind from meeting you online and on GT6  in my head I was like "you're chatva for real?!" You look tonnes cooler in real life lol:cheers:
I think if I met any of you guys in real life it'd be too weird cause of the faces I've constructed in my head to match up with your voices/mannerisms. So I'd have to just put a blindfold on or something

I see your point, but were the different sims you referred to on the same platform or different platforms? The reason I ask is because I don't know if having an option on a different platform would necessarily cause a splinter per se. For example, before GT6 was launched, there was a lot of speculation on whether it would be a PS3 title or a PS4 title. Back then, I openly hoped that it would be a PS3 title because it would be bad for SNAIL if it was a PS4 title. That's because our members would have to buy a new (and expensive) console in order to enjoy the latest and greatest version of Gran Turismo. Obviously some would do exactly that, but many wouldn't - thus splitting the league. Thankfully, GT6 is a PS3 game so crisis was averted.

That being said, SNAIL will eventually have to deal with the transition to the PS4. There's simply no getting around the fact that GT7 will be a PS4 title. My only hope is that by the time GT7 launches, the PS4 isn't considered a "want to have" console, but as a "need to have" console. And that definitely seems like it could happen since all indications are the Sony have won (or at least have a sizable lead in) the latest console war. Obviously, the more of us that have a PS4 (or are willing to go buy it) when GT7 is released, the easier our transition to GT7 will be. 👍

Speaking of GRID, we actually did have a brief experiment with GRID 2. However, I think the reason it didn't really last long was because everyone who owned GRID 2 already owned GT5 as well. And given the fact that everyone else was still playing GT5, there wasn't a long-lasting desire to play GRID 2. However, Project CARS might be a different story. There could be plenty of people who buy Project CARS for their PS4's in the spring that don't have GT6 or even a PS3 for that matter.

And perhaps that's where my underlying concern is. What is Project CARS is so awesome that it blows anything that GT7 will offer out of the water. The previews and hype around this title are stellar, which is why it interests me (notice I'm not suggesting tat we have a Drive Club league ;)) In a nutshell, I'm not interested in having a SNAIL event for every sim under the sun, but the appetite for a quality sim (Project CARS) on the premier next-gen console (PS4) might be something that changes the game in a way that results in our beloved Gran Turismo franchise no longer being the king of console-based racing sims. :boggled:
I have to say, when we finally do get our own forum subsection, I think that would be a perfect time to consider SNAIL moving into other sims. And maybe not just racing. Myself and a few others are into flying sims, and I am not sure about others, but once I update a few more pieces of my PC I will be moving into a couple of the space sims out there. There is also GTA5 which just launched on the next gens and will be hitting PC soon. I can't speak for others, but I personally will probably not be buying a PS4. For sure not in the foreseeable future. As much as I love the GT series, My gaming experience and expectations have shifted a bit. I am sure some will gain traction, and some will not. Some will draw in their own crowds, but if we stay more race oriented with GT being our main focus, then I don't see some expansion ruining SNAIL.

Made a funny mount for my wheel lol ... looks a bit harsh but its only the first "prototype"
As i didnt have right materials in house ... if i raise it a bit the two original buttons will also be reachable again as there is just enough room to raise it.
Kinda sucks that the apps like these dont work with GT ... but im already loving it on assetto corsa.

That is rad Pete. I took some of the dash and center console pieces from a Legacy Outback I scrapped over the summer that I am working into my rig right now. Those mixed with a bunch of older smartphones and a tablet I have will be kitting out all the blank areas. I was going ot get back into iRacing but I think I will check out AC first. I've heard a lot of good about it.

Meeting another gamer is weird I met a friend of mine online through gt5 and even though i know is real name we still refer to each other by our PSN names lol

Great looking banner @RobbiefromBC! However, if you ask @GamingPete nicely he might be able to make you a custom logo that says "PACK" instead of "SPEC" on that that metal cutout. Or use a different material altogether? For example, Pete's shown me some awesome carbon fiber designs as well. One of the benefits of our new logo is that it leaves room for a lot of creativity, as Pete has demonstrated many times. 👍

Speaking of the new logo, has anyone heard from @GTP_Vertigo lately? I sent a request to the owners of the various SNAIL threads asking them to remove the dots from S.N.A.I.L. in the thread titles, but I doesn't look like he's been on in almost a month.

In fact, I'd like to request that everyone please "remove the dots" from anything referencing S.N.A.I.L. - this includes posts, sigs, PS3 captions, etc. As I mentioned when the new logo was announced, we're rebranding S.N.A.I.L. to SNAIL in order to put emphasis that we're not just a Sunday night league anymore. It may be our roots, but we grew beyond that a long time ago with events on most other nights of the week. 👍

Speaking of which, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for a SNAIL event on Tuesday nights? We haven't have a Tuesday event for several weeks, so now's the perfect time to speak up if you've been thinking an idea for a while but just didn't speak up because there weren't any open nights on the SNAIL schedule. :)

And speaking of SNAIL moving beyond just a Sunday night league.. What is everyone's thoughts on moving beyond just a Gran Turismo league? I know a few of you guys (like @cmbeal317) are are into Assetto Corsa for example and there was a brief SNAIL stint in iRacingbas well. Admittedly, creating a PC league might be unrealistic, but Project CARS will be on the PS4 next spring which means it'll beat GT7 to the new PlayStation platform by a significant amount of time. I know there are issues with wheel compatibility on the PS4 right now, but who knows what things will be like next year. If it lives up the hype, I can see a lot of console-based sim racers migrating over to Project CARS (and possibly staying with it even when GT7 launches).
Vertigo owns a race car prep business and this is his busy season between racing seasons

Thanks @Neovre
Racin on-online with an elevated heart rate, the high level of competition and concentration are far diffent from hanging out at an event like last night!
Everyone was way cooler in person and we all had a great time.
Sure glad you guys talked me into not jumping in to soon!
I went second to last and Doug @dgaf95integra went last and in style just killed it, broke into the 39s for a fantastic fanaily!

Sorry I haven't been here a long time. I wanted to make sure I use this track and I wanted a stable ~400 HP car. Only issue is you can't put a number on it.

It is a cool car though. Drives really good; but combo was run (actually the car was ran at Deep Forest Reverse)

The deadline has arrived and there has been no word from our Prize A winner. Everyone who raced in D6 on Sunday night is allowed to make one and ONLY ONE suggestion for Prize A. The suggestion must be made here in the main thread. Drivers will have 12 hours to make their suggestion. The suggestion period will close at 23:59 Eastern time tonight. At that time, I will make a post with all the valid suggestions. Once that post is made, any driver who raced (except for D6) can vote for one Prize A that they would like to race. The Prize A with the most votes will be the choice. Voting will close at 6PM Eastern time on Thursday. That will leave enough time to get the word out and be ready for practice on Thursday night.

If you are tagged here, you raced in D6 and can make one suggestion. If you make multiple suggestions or suggestions that are not one car and one track then all your suggestions will be thrown out of the voting process.

Actually, we have run the car 12 times total (and not since Jan. of this year) but never at Trial Mountain in either direction. When choosing (or criticizing) combos for originality, you should take a look at this.

yes. I stand corrected.. I always confuse Deep Forest with Trial Mtn.

I have the same issue with those two tracks. For the record, we've never run it at Deep Forest either. Daytona Road, Grand Valley, Grand Valley East, Autumn Ring Reverse, and Suzuka.

Actually I remeber running the Amuse at Suzuka. One of my first races that I did well on.

How about a little nostalgic mountain rally racing on asphalt.

It's a bit of a challenge but once you get the hang of it it's quite fun.
Plus the views are too die for!!!

@JLBowler Can we please get clarification on track boundaries @ Roma. Specifically on the outside of the last 2 corners, there is a large green area outside of the curb, that will likely see drivers hit when they missing their braking zone. It could be used to lineup a faster line up the front straight.

The other area, though not as important, and unlikely to see a problem, is the outside of the left hander at the end of sector 1. There are green painted bricks that are outside the curb, but cars running side by side could find themselves in that area without hitting the wall. Again, unlikely, but I'm just trying to cover all the bases :P
