Yes, start filling the pig for PS4 at least! We all know that's what GT7 will be on. As for Project CARS, that's purely up to you. What I can tell you is from the hour or so I've put into the game tonight, is that I don't think it'll ever be a suitable platform for SNAIL [Spec] Racing. There simply isn't a way to prohibit tuning in any way that I can tell. That fact, plus the fact that there are far fewer cars just don't fit this particular series. Project CARS is more ideal for class-based racing (with tuning) that features a full season of races using the same car(s). Basically, it's the opposite of what our Sunday series is all about lol

I think this boils down to what we've already discussed. It's a different game, so it requires a different approach. I don't think variety is necessary the building block of SNAIL. Yes, the variety in GT6 is fantastic, but that's not really why most of us show up on Sunday. As I've stated previously, PCars is a different game with a different angle so it will have a slightly different fan base. What I do know is that SNAIL is comprised of some really fantastic comradery and good ole fashioned sportsmanship. That alone can take us anywhere.

Well, I have been in the market to upgrade to a better sim wheel, but with the price of the T300rs going through the roof since PCars launched and rumors that Logitech could be included later on, I decided to pull the trigger on a G27 for $238 shipped before that price climbs if PS4 compatability becomes available. I hope I made the right gamble. Either way, it's an upgrade for the time being.

Great job dgaf! I could never hot lap for that long , I might put in 2 or three 30min stints per round. After 30-40min I have to find someone to race with. TTs are not really my thing

I could lend a hand helping out the higher division guys I used to do that a few months back its good felling running fast laps for my self but I get the same good felling when I see a higher division driver run faster lap just off my help and coaching alone

When ever you guys are in a room and want or need some help figure ping out a combo either tag me here on the main thread or send me a pm and I'll do my best to hop on when you guys are on

These past few weeks i havnt been on as much cause I've been busting my ballz working out 3 times a day to prep if I make it to racecamp so when I'm done with my work outs I'm so drained and want to just chill but I don't mind hoping on a few times threw out the week to help you higher division guys out so just reach out and ask and I'll do my best to get online

Is there a separate forum for a snail project cars league or does that need to be started?

We should probably do a little research into room setup, etc before launching all of that. I'm sure @zer05ive has something planned already.

We're still planning our Project CARS series at the moment. I can't tell you exactly when it/they will be launched, but definitely in the works (and will have new threads once they go live)
