I'd like to try and get a fantasy Nurburg race going.. with the premium race mods and DLC TCs

I'm thinking for class A
Gran Turismo Ford GT (Black on)
Z06 RM
GTR TC

Class B:
Subaru TC
Mitsubishi Evo RM
TVR RM
Silvia RM

I'd have to figure out PP levels and stuff, but I'd like to have this done for the photomode possibilities too. So everyone would be first come first serve with the cars. With a maximum of two being used per car.

Anyone interested?

Anyone else had issues with corrupted data since the update? It's happened to me twice so far....hasn't been much of a problem since the backup file is there plus the copy I have on a memory stick, but it's still been annoying, lol

My PS3 overheated for the first time ever. Coincidence? Much more black screen and loading seems to have been restructured or something like that. Computer guys, what do you think?

Me i got my repairman for my ps3 less expensive. When u see a repairman KEEP the phone number, me i have burn a harddisc n a lens n that costed me 140$ n i replace my HITACHI 120gb harddisc for a SAMSUNG 160 gb

It would depend (heavily) upon when you're doing it but I'd also love to drive the TVR.

When is the least busy snail night?

Class A will be 600pp
Class B will be 550pp

Use whatever you have to to get your car to that PP. Just remember ONLY TWO people per car.

I'll be claiming a Subaru TC.

Hope lots of people will join, photo mode opportunities are endless:tup:

Brand new to the forum and interested in Snail Spec Racing....help me out here as I am a rookie when it comes to any type of forum. Looking forward to some good racing! By the way, I'm good for A or B. If I understand correctly, it is 600PP and 550PP.

Welcome to GTP :).

This side event has nothing to do with Snail Spec Racing, just inviting my fellow Snail racers to race for a night!

The stewards will (I'm sure) be by shortly with their requirements for you:tup:

Totally professional and well organized it looks like. I am very interested. I think I am in the division with ABS only. I run all my races with ABS only when I race online. I like the tire wear and different tires for different PP. Awesome. So what's next???

I am interested in this league. It looks very well organized and fair. I would say I am a Class 1-4 racer, i.e. I use only ABS when I race. So what's next???

Lol, I just realized my posts are on this page. I kept going to the first page with the rules and such to post "I'm interested" and couldn't find the post on that page. LOL. I am totally new to any type of forum....

Remember, instead of "doubleposting" you cant just edit and add to your previous post 👍 Keeps the pages tidy! :)

Hey Luv2Coach,

We're glad you found S.N.A.I.L. 👍 You'll get the hang of the forum, it's pretty straight forward, if you have any questions about them, ask away 👍

Thanks for the compliment, we try hard :)

Please read the following:

We run a clean league by enforcing the S.N.A.I.L. OLR and we expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide.
Please become versed in both.

Follow These Steps:
1. I add you to the drivers list as a New S.N.A.I.L. (Done)
2. You run the Time Trial.
3. You Private Message my GTPlanet account with your time from the time trial (no Sunday racing until this is completed).
4. I assign you to the appropriate Division, to give you the best racing possible.
5. A PSN friend request will be sent from the appropriate SNAIL_Division1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 account. That is where you race on Sunday night.
6. You drive fast and clean on Sunday :)

The first post has all the rules and regulations for S.N.A.I.L. It is the first place you need to check if you have a question. If it's not answered there, feel free to post your question on the thread.

The second post has the current race lineup for Sunday and is updated weekly.

If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, post your choices in this thread.
To avoid duplication, the currently claimed combinations can be found here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all S.N.A.I.L.s to join as many as possible.

Welcome aboard and enjoy :)

I think Monday night would be a good option. I think there are events all other days of the week.

It depends on the time. I feel being an east coast snail that some 8:00 pm est events would get some action. I was actually kicking the idea around to dig through the snail records and relive some old combos. What night and what time and the exact format are still TBA. Any interest? I'm thinking 2-5pm est maybe?

Saturday afternoon is open too. Not sure what response you'd get but, as winter starts to set in you may see more.

Just a thought.
