The complaint WAS looked at, and you were banned. PM your steward for more details.

LOL. So we are to follow procedures but you guys aren't. I believe there was to be communication via PM. Yes? Maybe i am mistaken on that. So he makes an illegal move and I get banned. Now that makes sense. NOT.

WOW!

Why not address the question here? It is a valid question that should be public knowledge.

Racing Complaint

From my PM log.

Because we don't discuss racing incidents in public. You didn't understand that you need to send another PM to ask about an incident so I sent you one. Check your PM's and stop discussing a racing incident in the open forum.

You clearly aren't welcome here anymore. Why do you persist? If I was asked to leave anywhere...I would surely not try to stay. I don't want to interact with people who don't want me around.

You say you have so many great friends and supporters here. If all of the ones who have posted here in your support were stewards, you still wouldn't have enough for a majority vote with the seven other stewards who voted unanimously against you.

Done. Last thing; QWIETSTORM, you have permission to do exactly as you said via your post about squeezing them to the wall UNLESS you have sufficient overlap...on a long straight

So many bad vibes with the thread today. I think we all just need a nice little drive in the world of GT5. Anybody want to get some practice around 8:30 est. tonight?

I'll be working on testing some cars for the performance cap racing for a while. I'll be in my lounge rotating cars and tracks between Eiger, HSR, and Deep Forest.

I personally take offense to someone attempting to run me to the wall/grass on the inside down a long straight. There's just no need for it. Especially when there are other CLEAN tactics to try. Like baiting them to go in a little deep and then cutting back underneath. Or breaking early and then trying to get them in the next few corners or even in the same spot where they got you.

If you have to get that aggressive and in my opinion fairly desperate then clearly this isn't the league for you. I'm not directing that statement at anyone in particular but if it stings anyone here then maybe it's all about you.

There is also a big difference between running someone into the grass/wall and moving over while leaving more than a car width between yourself and the grass/wall. Running someone off the track would not be acceptable. Protecting your line while leaving room for the other guy, albeit on an inferior line, is legal and is acceptable.

Again, general information and not meant for anyone in particular. I only quoted quietstorm because it's a clarification on his point.

Glad we all agree.

We should get as many people together as possible tonight and run some kart racing. Maybe it'll generate a few smiles, a few laughs and help us put today past us and move forward.

Moving over a half a cars width would probably be the most I would tolerate. More than that and expect contact. If I'm alongside your door and you start moving towards me I'm going to hold my line. Whatever happens happens.

Hoping to be back racing with you in Div. 4 on Sunday. Things are winding down with a lot fewer commitments. Missed racing. (Thread has been err.... dramatic though)

Have I only missed one week of the May season?
Hopefully yes, the three weeks left would give me a full season with one week dropped.

Oh wise one, all of them have not posted here. I won't speak for those who have not. But I will say the number is greater than 7. I will not list names as it is their decision whether to post support publicly and I respect that. So, now you have a more accurate number of those that have no problem racing with me, thus outnumbering those of the stewards. Thanks for playin'.

How is this an accurate number?

Bottom line...the ones that don't speak for you should tell you something :)

Agreed. 👍

A driver doesn't have to make room just because the driver beside him wants to move over. Just ask Vettel how that incorrect assumption cost him (and his teammate) in the 2010 Turkish Grand Prix.

Wecome back, JESter! You are correct about having three weeks left to score a full season's worth of points. :)

Any chance you can resume your photographer duties? In the next GranStand season, we're going to start rewarding those who contribute to the league (and being a photographer is definitely one of the ways to contribute! ;))

Weelll let's see, hmm. I make a list of names, count them, then presto! A number.

Yeah, it tells me(not speaking for them) that they be put under a microscope and/or judhed for their support of my racing skills. Just to ne clear, so one doesn't infer incorrectly, I said, my racing skills.

Get over yourself. This has absolutely nothing to do with your "racing skills." You are not the fastest driver around. As I've said before, there were plenty that thought your deceptive actions when you were first asked to leave were cause enough to ban you permanently. Your continued childish behavior has confirmed my thoughts.

To address the comment you made in your edit notes; It is solely your responsibility to ensure no contact is made when you are the driver attempting a pass. You had no line to concede in this case; you were the driver attempting a pass.

Okay this has gone on long enough. The decision of our more than capable Stewards, supported by zer05ive and I, has been made.

Nothing productive is coming out of the discussion of Luv2Coach being banned from S.N.A.I.L. If you wish to have further discussion about it, please use GT Planets private message functionality, not the S.N.A.I.L. thread!

Thank You

I know I said I wouldn't waste any more time on this, but something has to be said. Of course I'm not a psychiatrist, but I play one on the internet:

Coach,
I don't think you're a bad person or that you have bad intentions. However, you do have one major flaw and it's got nothing to with your driving. In my opinion, your biggest problem is that you are utterly incapable from seeing things from anybody's perspective but your own. In your world, you're always right - regardless of how many people tell you otherwise. For you, it's always the other guys fault and never your own. You're always the victim and never the culprit. All of the numerous complaints that you've filled against other that were found to be baseless by the stewards are evidence of that. And no, it wasn't because they were picking on you. Even when you came back to the league using another alias, you still found yourself with complaints to deal with. Many drivers in the league have never had a racing complaint filed against them ever. On the other hand, you're the first driver in league history to have penalties ruled against them under two different identities. What does that say to you?

Since you were banned yesterday, you've tried to paint yourself as a victim who's been unfairly targeted by people determined to kick you out of the league. However, nothing could be farther from the truth. I won't go into the details again, but there was a tremendous effort to keep you in the league and you know it. I asked you to control your emotions and not get so worked up chasing results. Instead, I asked you to focus on staying out of trouble and staying calm on and off the track. However, on Sunday night you press so hard to make a pass that you end up in the grass and would have collected another driver in the process had you not ghosted.

I also asked you to focus on staying out of trouble and keeping calm on and off the track. Furthermore, I warned you to not give anyone a reason to propose a ban vote on you. However, on Sunday night you proceed to rant in the lounge that another driver is guilty of a "BS move". When you were asked to follow the complaint process and not complain in public, you again stated that it was "BS". When warned again, you retorted, "lol, u have a problem dude".

With all that in mind, why would the stewards have any reason to think that you're were trying to fulfill the terms of your LAST CHANCE probation? Do you really think that the behavior your exhibited on the track and in the lounge was consistent with someone who was doing everything they could to avoid drama and be a model citizen? I wish you all the best in the future, but I highly recommend that you learn to consider the viewpoints of other a little better. Not just when it come to sim racing, but also when it comes to life in general.

EDIT: Sorry cheeb! In my defense, I started typing this post a before you made your post. :ouch:
