Sorry about that... Sorry that I screwed up tonight's practice guys.

You didn't screw anything up. We only had 5 people and made the decision to go to the red room. In retrospect, maybe not the best decision, but that wasn't your fault at all.

Besides, I had fun and finally got to race against people in SNAIL that I've never been able to before.

You had guys running into one another simply because they were running different lines through corners. The problem becomes a lot worse when you have 5 or 6 cars in a battle all running different lines and using different braking points. Not the cleanest night of S.N.A.I.L. I have had. I wont pretend like I had no fault in it either. Can we please try to keep the rooms separate for next Wednesday?

This is exactly my attitude. I like some combos better than others, but I'll drive whatever the prize winners pick, and have as much fun as I can doing it.

P.S.: I also love karts

i think more people would like the karts if they had more help to teach them to drive it the right way. oh well

these guys who try to act like because someone picked a certain car they won't race is funny. racing is gonna happen no matter what. if thats these guys takes on it. check your ego at the gate because your helmet wont fit it.

The better D1s will rarely hit you going past. Unfortunately, there might be a few that are bad drivers, but fast. Probably same in every Division.

In a serious note, is your disc dirty? Ps3 full of dust and/or getting hot? Out of memory? I've noticed when my system starts getting any warmer than warm Gt5 takes a crap. Same with when I'm almost out of memory, but not quite as bad.

Thanks for your interest!
We would love to have you in the league. Here's what you need to know and do in order to join:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the S.N.A.I.L. OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide.
Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You run the Time Trial. (NOTE: The tires selected for this have more grip than our current tire regulations allow, but please follow the directions exactly anyways).
2. You PM kcheeb with your time from the time trial (no Sunday racing until this is completed).
3. We assign you to the division that we feel will give you the closest competition. kcheeb will add you to the drivers list.
4. We send you a you a PSN friend request from the corresponding SNAIL_Division1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 account. That PSN account's lounge is where you will race on Sunday night.
5. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

I have noticed a big increase in latency even with my solid 25/5 speedtest results. Seems like this started right before these couple weird updates before GTA and then the traffic from that, I am guessing PD servers are pretty taxed. Considering like 1.2M drivers are registered for GTA, its not really a shock, I am betting in a couple weeks its going to be back to normal.

Actually, an S200 was the first digital camera I ever purchased. I had an S2000 at the time and I liked how the S200 had a similar model number. That was literally the only reason I chose that camera.

Not sure if you misunderstood or not, but:

I think Socal and 2Armed were talking about practice sessions 2Armed has in his own Lounge. They tongue in cheek referred to it as 'the cool kids party'.

And I think, 2Armed's response about common decency was another tongue in cheek about the general atmosphere of his lounge.

LoL not to argue with you. Have you ever driven a fast V8 car? 500+hp I'm betting not.

Boost does not make TQ down low with out cubes. Also something people forget. V8's love boost too. So now you get monster TQ curve and ridiculous power. Just stretching the fun factor farther from small cube engines.

I've not owned any Turbo V8's, yet. However have owned a few Centrifugal Blown cars and nitrous snorting cars. Many built V8 cars.

Nothing absolutely nothing beats that 2500rpm romp where tires boil or you hook and get pegged in the seat from TQ.

Rotary is cool no doubt. But for fun factor on the street. Their turds like all other small cube engines.

The Evo while fun and ran 12.01@114 was fun. I had to learn to drive the car in its higher RPM range to enjoy it. Get it under 3500rpm. It's a straight up turd. Exactly why my upgraded Turbo is a stock framed unit vs going with a large frame. The Spool up RPM is very important to enjoying the car on the street. Sure I could of went 35r or bigger. However I don't like waiting on power. My V8 past spoiled me.

Love being able to lope around on the cam and get right into the power. That's only happening with cubic inches.

I will be selling the Evo next fall and building a LS3 turbo Fox Body Mustang. Goal 8 sec 1/4mile! Should make an easy 700-800 whp with the cash I have from selling Evo. Drag radial car that dead hooks. Once you taste a sub 1.5 60' time. You desire that more the anything.

Because that's where the supercharger kicks in, boosting hp, and the spoiler kicks in just before, lowering torque, and at those speeds air gets really cold so it doesn't matter if you have a cold air intake or not and it all just evens out until the turbos kick in making power go vroom vroom and torque go phfss but the car can still go because racecar.

My Nissan QR25DE makes more torques than horsepower. The reason for the cross at 5250 is that horsepower is calculated using the torque measurement.
