So, this Suzuka 2014 track. I ran 2 whole laps this morning and the track layout itself didn't seem any different. Is this right? Did they only update the background?

Ok so I want to stiffen up the gas pedal on my g27 any suggestions (I also need to do it as cheap as possible)

I moved my clutch spring to the gas after I got the GTEYE brake spring.

The final chicane is different

So first night of The Crew is done. Not too bad initially. The world is massive, and there's lots of things to do, which I really like. For those that don't want to drive around to events or cross country, you can fast travel most places. Definitely more of an arcade style, feels very much like NFS World, but better executed and much more beautiful. It drives well with the G27, plenty of control over your setup as well.
I think I might have to get this. Any suggestions on where to download it? I have used Steam in the past, but most games I get from them do not play right.

I think you get more bang working on the break (springs) than the accelerator. but just IMO.
my break spring is good and stiff I'm going to try and find a progressive spring at the hardware stores around here (cause the wife ain't gonna let me spend 30 bucks on a spring) and I just switched the gas and clutch as suggested by @CoachMK21 to see how that feels. What i'm after is more pressure when applying the accelerator out of the turns to keep it from getting tail happy.

Oh its possible and I'm a pro at it I piss people off with it ALL the time

I have no idea how what you're saying is in response to what you quoted from me. Elaborate?

I got mine from Uplay (wish i didn't have to), because it was a free voucher. It's all online and tied into Uplay unfortunately.

ok so tryed just switching the clutch and break my god the new gas spring is so much stiffer then the break now gonna try switching the break with the new gas pedal and see how that feels
ok I will need to get the supplies first

I had figured as much myself. That is the second time in the past few days this happened. Did you hit the right reply and it put the wrong one in your post?
Also, another idea you could try is find some spongy rubber or something, and use that inside of the spring. One of the GTEYE competitors does this. Then you can also customize where the "progression" starts.
Edit: sorry about the double post. Hit reply instead of edit.

no I was just waking up and working on my first cup of coffee lol well that would be my guess anyways

it wasn't about the progression it was about the spring being to soft and when I twitched my toe it went to full throttle and would loose the back end

@Die_Birdy_Die, you could stick the rubber in the accelerator spring then. Pretty universal stuff.
I've tried all 3 springs in the accelerator now and the best combo with out buying anything seems to be clutch in gas. The brake spring definitely is the heaviest spring. when I get some money. I will look into upgrading the brake though its weird when I put the clutch spring in the gas pedal it felt stiffer then the brake. Until I put the break in the gas and oh my god so stiff I couldn't get full acceleration on the gas!

The start/finish line is much closer to the last turn than in the 2009 version of Suzuka. Looks like start/finish line is right where pit entry starts, i am bad at describing, right at the point your car enters the pits, start of pit wall.

I have used radiator hose on the inside of the spring. However, this is for a more progressive spring rate than just a stiffer one.

So, I just run the first five laps in the Suzuka combo and pull out a not so bad 2.07.857.
This Honda is a very powerful MR so it has to be driven in careful mode, MR style. All the breaking before start turning and lots and lots of throttle control at the exits.
Besides that, handles very well making those SsS actually fun to drive and the breaks are also very good so, no early breaking for this baby.
I'm a person that usually doesn't touch the BB but with this car I felt the 5 - 5 a little tight on the front wheels so I gave it a touch.
I think most of us will like this combo. Good job Doctor.
