So, I just run the first five laps in the Suzuka combo and pull out a not so bad 2.07.857.
This Honda is a very powerful MR so it has to be driven in careful mode, MR style. All the breaking before start turning and lots and lots of throttle control at the exits.
Besides that, handles very well making those SsS actually fun to drive and the breaks are also very good so, no early breaking for this baby.
I'm a person that usually doesn't touch the BB but with this car I felt the 5 - 5 a little tight on the front wheels so I gave it a touch.
I think most of us will like this combo. Good job Doctor.

Brakes....braking.....

This is a forum heavily related to cars. How does this happen......??

By the way, this is how I race.

I have used radiator hose on the inside of the spring. However, this is for a more progressive spring rate than just a stiffer one.
yeah now that I have moved the clutch spring to the gas pedal my brakes needs some progression either that or a stiffer spring will need to look into it later but this will do for now

LMAO Connor, what's your middle name? Eagle eye?
Yeah, it's an Ibanez SST acoustic bass guitar and a Yamaha FD01 acoustic guitar but noticing my old wheel is remarkable.
Blixen, that painting was bought in a middle of nowhere market between Johannesbourg and Suncity in SA.
The hippos was bought in south of Spain to an African guy.

Any more questions?

Quite possibly the market at Hartbeespoortdam.....

Sometimes my (English as second language) and my (I wasn't born here) screws me up buddy.

Ah ok my bad. Well, now ya know! English is pretty messed up. Two to too, there their they're, break brake, wear where ware, who thought that was a great idea?!?

I stumbled upon [elsewhere] that I won prize 'C'. When I read the above quoted post, I searched for a notification but couldn't find one. I've just joined four races ago so I expect that I just don't know what's going on. Maybe you could spoon feed me which track or car I have the ability to freeze. Thanks.
I will say a couple of the cars I tested at Brands assuming I won the car choice...

Lotus Elise 111R '04 Race Car (534pp I think)...super grippy on RH tires and the British Theme would have been my first choice. Car never used before.
M3 GTR...never used. SM tires.
S2000 Type V '03...never used. SH tires. Car is MUCH better than the premium S2000.

Someone earlier suggested the last two and I gave them a shot. Really nice.

The NSX was a little large for Brands if you ask me. That track needs a small car to be really fun. So choose something small ;)

But given the Prize A choice...the Elise fell to the wayside when Suzuka 2014 became my first choice. That NSX is so good there while the Elise was just...too easy?

I thought about going to Madrid in the Elise but I think more people would enjoy, myself included, the Suzuka/NSX combo.

The RM was the GT5 version. In GT6 they changed the RM's to Touring Cars or Race Cars. You can't do "Race Modifications" anymore in GT6.

Here are the top 4 most popular Snail cars:

Lotus Elise Race Car '96 20 weeks Last used 23-Feb-14
Amuse NISMO 380RS Super Leggera 12 weeks last used 12-Jan-14
Acura NSX LM Race Car '91 10 weeks 23-Jun-13
Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A (FD) '02 10 weeks last used 29-Dec-13

The Aston Martin Vantage V12 '10 is approaching these and will probably hold the record for the longest continuous run

No...look in the garage. There is still a '96 Race Car...which is what the original RM '96 was. This was raced before. This car went from 479pp to 504pp or something now.

The '04 111R was raced.

NOT the '04 111R RACE CAR with 534pp.

Agree.

The 111R Race Car '04 (or the GT5 version 111 RM '04) has not been raced. I was just pointing out that the older version with similar characteristics was very popular.....

Yeah...but the '04 Race Car is a much different animal with 30 more PP. It is even more planted if that is possible. Preliminary testing at Brands it was doing faster laps than the WSR.

The Motorsports Elise is almost a death trap. Nice looking but not much fun.

Are you an Ibanez fan or just the guitar that "sung" to you? I've been playing with an Ibanez since I was 16. I have a Stagestar electric and ermm, can't remember the model of acoustic off the top of my head, haven't played much since I cut off my finger though.
