I've only tried 6000 and was blown away! at how much faster that is! then 7000!

I'm at 39: right now and there is only one direction I can go ^!

wow! never thought I could use 6th but I did and whoa!
you need to be really fast at down shifting though, it's very easy to go speedy fast, completely different slowing down to complete the corner, it is possible as I said before "down shift faster than you up shift"

I don't think you need down shift fast, for example if the reccomended gear is 2nd go to 4th, and just before turning/accelerating check the RPM bar, if it's around that range leave it, if it's too high/low downshift or upshift respectively.

I've watched other GTP races and it always just looks like time trials. I'd rather not waste my time and what little RAM my computer has trying to load that stream when I could just ask someone else with a better computer if it's worth watching.

I was just watching an incredible battle for the lead in the GTPlanet Endurance Series’ 24 Hours of Nürburgring. So I'd say yes, there are battles. Very Cool!
