Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.

Well, that didn't finish how I would have liked. With about 10 minutes to go, so around 9:50 pm I spun in turn 3 and got t-boned in the driver's side rear (more like a L-bone I guess). Damage doesn't look bad, but bent the rear control arm and we would have been hard pressed to replace it in an hour.

I was side by side heading into the turn, I was on the inside and I was much shallower than the ideal line and carried too much speed and I must have turned the wheel to avoid the car on the outside and that caused the spin. The guy outside me and 2 others avoided me, but not the Miata who tagged me. It felt like a pretty hard hit, but I feel fine. Car will be fine for thr next race we do together, COTA in August.

It was such an amazing experience to race at Daytona. The banking is so huge, the flow of the track is challenging, yet at times, simple. I was surprised how easy it was to drive on the banking at speed. If you aren't going fast enough, 90+, you actually had to steer right to hold your line.

Unfortunately I don't have video from my final stint. The camera must not have started recording. Which is too bad. One for not getting the crash, but I also made an awesome pass out of turn 12 and into the trioval. 4 wide with me and BMW going side by side into turn 1.

Thanks again for the support. We really do appreciate it. And sorry for thr livestream failure. The app kept saying lost connection and it would have to be shutdown and restarted to work and then only work for a short time.

Man you need some go pro's incase live feed goes out at least then you can upload the race. I would have loved to watch you cruising daytona.

Promotion and relegation has been completed for the month. We have contracted to 5 divisions.

The drivers list is ready for racing this week. Please check the drivers list. There were a lot of changes this week. Don't be that guy that shows up in the wrong room.

Thank you JBowler, This should definitely encourage some close battles not only on track but for night wins and season wins. Time to step our game up folks. BRING IT D4, BRING IITTT !!!

NOT REALLY A SPOILER
Just watching the Bahrain GP and even though the quali is not what we are used to it makes for a great race day none the less. It seems like the quali is mixing up the field for race day.

I had a GoPro for pretty much the rest of the race. I'll get a segment up later in the week. Here is the damage to the car. Again, it doesn't look bad, but it was enough to make the car not drive straight.

D3 Data for Mar 2016 Season is not entered. That could potentially be bad for the D3 participants in the Race of Champions....

D6 is incomplete as well.

I wanted to archive the data and set up the sheets for this week.

I may have to do it anyway - I have limited time left
 
@JLBowler is there a concern tonight for the need to do fixed hosting?
Not sure if I applied for that aspect of hosting or not don't want to be caught without the permits sort to speak.
 
All hosts in are clear to start the night's racing at the scheduled time.

D3, I will not be racing tonight.
