:gtpflag:GOOD LUCK AND GOOD RACING THIS SUNDAY ALL :gtpflag:

Maybe the format for practice should change a little.
Rather than running every race in reverse grid, it should be be fastest first or based on results from previous race.
Keep the fast guys up front so they don't bang their way through to get to the front.
Maybe 5 or 6 minutes of free run at the beginning of each combo to determine fastest first instead of qualifying.
I think that reverse grid all nights does only thing, saves time.
It's only half of what Sunday night races are all about.
I've only heard of 2 reasons why the higher div snails want to run with us. 1) so they can work on passing cleanly. And 2) is because not enough people were showing up for practice.

So by your logic we just cut out half the reason for the divisions being in 1 room and we have enough people showing up for practice to run 2 rooms with 14 people in them. The rooms should be split back up as shown by red whether by division or not there should be 2 rooms.

Cut out half the reason SOME of the higher divisions guys want to run in mixed division rooms.
2 rooms, yes. And when two rooms are consistently full, they should be run club only. It's not fair for a "official" practice room to be running with public players and club members unable to join because it's full.
5 out of 6 races being ran in reverse grid, no.
That is only doubling practice on half of the Sunday event.
For me, the first race in each combo, fastest first, is the main focus on Sunday night. Reverse grid is just an opportunity to pick up spots when the guys in front of me slip and leave a door open to move up.

Isn't official practice supposed to mimic a Sunday night? Why not set it up just like Sunday night and run a 5 minute qualifier for the first race of each combo and then do the reverse grid?

Two rooms is ideal. Maybe they don't need to be divided by division but by an upper and a lower. Someone mentioned that earlier.

Two rooms every Thursday with one being for upper and one for lower. You can go to wherever you feel comfortable and practice. I'm in the middle and some nights I might want to go to the upper if I'm already comfortable with the combos and some nights I might want to run the lower if I'm not so comfortable with the combos.

Open up two rooms and let the drivers choose where they want to go. D1 guys probably shouldn't run the lower and D6 guys probably shouldn't run the upper. Other than that, there isn't a ton of difference between D2 and D5. Guys (and gals) will figure out where they should be. There's no points so run where you are comfortable, it's practice.

Holy smokes, Snail is almost up to 3500 pages of thread content. You guys sure do have a big mouth for a snail...:gtpflag:

Speaking of me not racing SNAIL this weekend. Here is a bunch of information for my race at Daytona on Saturday:

April 2nd, 2016, Saturday
Daytona Road Course – 3.56 miles
14 hours of Daytona
Green flag / Start time: 9:00 AM
Checker Flag / Finish time: 11:00 PM

Our Car:
1989 Mazda RX-7 Convertible w/ a 2002 Chevy Camaro V6 engine
#485
Red

Why is this so awesome?
My family has a pretty awesome racing history. My dad, Chuck, raced in the 1960’s and 70’s, mostly with the then editor and chief of Car and Driver magazine, Brock Yates, Sr. (ever watch the movie Cannonball Run? – that was Brock’s thing too). My dad and Brock finished 15th in the 24-hours of Daytona in 1967, one of the top non-professional teams that year. So, the opportunity for an all Krueger team to also race at Daytona is a dream come true for us.

Tentative Driver Schedule:
09:00 – 10:45: Chuck Krueger (my oldest brother)
10:45 – 12:30: Mark Krueger (Me J)
12:30 – 02:15: JC Krueger (my cousin)
02:15 – 04:00: Walt Krueger (my uncle)
04:00 – 05:45: Chuck
05:45 – 07:30: Mark
07:30 – 09:15: JC
09:15 – 11:00: Walt

The driver schedule could change for many reasons. One way to tell who is driving is by our gloves:
Mark – Black gloves
Chuck – Red gloves
JC – Blue & gray gloves
Walt – Blue & white gloves

Live broadcast:
Go to: LiveStream (from your home computer) – there is also a free app that you can download – have to create a free account for the app
Search for “JC Krueger”
Click “Follow” so you get a notification when the live broadcast starts.
Click on “Krueger Tuned Racing Daytona” to watch.

Live Timing:
Go to: Race-Monitor (on a computer it’s free, the app has a fee). Find the ChumpCar race at Daytona and it will show live scoring. We are in “EC” class, but will also be in the overall placing.

*** If anyone is serious about watching, please PM me your email and I will be sure to send an email prior to my driving stints so you can tune in.

Thank you for your support!
Good luck!

The feed says "live". But the schedule doesn't correspond with coach's post. Not sure if it's a "recorded live" but it looks like real time....

Oh no! I tuned in to see the guys wrenching on the motor! Good luck Coach / Mark!!!
Feeds ended, they were having engine issues. Before the feed cut out they were talking about a spark plug having fallen straight off. I hope @CoachMK21 gets us an update soon

Edit: they seem to be back out they just completed lap 11. but no feed :(
