@vsfit i like where you’re going with this. My “sponsorship” was a pure stroke of luck. While it is true the wife and I have been loyal DWC drinkers for many years, my main motivation was actually in their logo. I continue to keep in communication with Mike, who is a customer service and PR rep for the company. He continues to send us a monthly supply of goodies; last month we received 2 boxes of Kcup pods.
In true grand scheme of things, it basically free advertising for them around the world, as I continue to post pictures, liveries and videos, all while sporting their very cool skull and crossbones and other logos.

I found SNAIL via @MSgtGunny 's stream. I didnt even have a working PS3 at the time and I decided to fix it knowing this is the type of league Ive always wanted to be a part of. Streams are a good way to get the word out, and if 10 of us stream on Sundays - thats 10 advertisements going out on YouTube. Just remember to title your stream with snailracing.org so they know where to find us.

@spidermonkey @todally_lit and I are in a party running it. Join us if you want. I tried to get my stream going but its giving me an error. Tried the Mustang and finished 9th for 1400pts. Tires really fell off. Trying the Lexus now

To any other new members that have just recently joined......Please post here and let us know what lead to you joining Snail. For me back in the day, it was accidentally joining a practice lobby full of Snail racers.

There was a time when tuning was essential to be competitive in GT events. While trolling GTPlanet for tunes I saw the racing league threads.

I started racing with GT6. (Had bought a Playseat and G27 from a friend but I gave up on getting GT5 to work with it. The setup collected dust for at least 18 months until GT6 came out). While I’m not certain what Raw means, it could be what I remember. My recollection is seeing several times some message about clean and matched skill level racing. I was tired of getting blown away and figured there were other [incompetent] racers out there looking for door to door competition. I have learned much about racing in SNAIL. I’m not done.
