I will have 0 practice for tonight unless I get home in time from work to turn some laps and feel the cars. Race 1 on each track is usually my main practice and race 2 I do much better.
Ordered the T3pa standard pedal set as I'm selling the G27. They should arrive in a few days. The pedals are the weak link. You can upgrade to the T3PA pro pedals at apx. $150. Or you can still use your pedals from the G27 with this adapter, http://www.ricmotech.com/product_p/rmt-t500w2g27p.htm for $20.00. I have that adapter and has worked 100% of the time, (wish my wheel was that reliable).

So I guess the back is where the action will be tonight, because I'm also going to go in with no laps run in about a week. This should be fun...I'm in the same boat. Hopefully I can get home and turn a few laps before the race starts.

If I can figure out the livery thing I'll run tonight if that's OK. Just run in the back as I'm still trying to familiarize myself with Project Cars.
The back is going to be where it's at!! I'm still feeling pretty rusty after being away for a few weeks (yes Lobban, I know I'm making excuses!)So I guess the back is where the action will be tonight, because I'm also going to go in with no laps run in about a week. This should be fun...
/checks combos, sees weather forecast, selects brown pants for night's racing
Lobban will always have some crap to dish out, so making excuses or not, it doesn't matter. He'll use the sheep if he has to, you know that...The back is going to be where it's at!! I'm still feeling pretty rusty after being away for a few weeks (yes Lobban, I know I'm making excuses!)
Though there might be too many tonight for just one room!

UNLIKE! Man, you can't catch a break with your T300, lets hope they are much quicker getting it resolved this time!Well I am out so there is room for one more.
My wheel is broken. I tried to practice last night after I thought I had fixed the problem but the same issue with the belt teeth missing the pinion gear reared its ugly head. I have started the return/repair process. Hopefully be back in three weeks.
The caddy is dlc and with the tuning turned off you don't get choice in tires.I'm seriously lost in pcars. I'll be using the orange Ruff but can't find the Caddy. Which tires are used?
@SGETI has a whole bunch of insight and links to setups for FF and for tuning if you start getting into that. Are there force feedback setting generally regarded as good to use? So much out there to try and endless options.
Lessen, what's your feeling on joining late? I'm hoping to be on time tonight, but we have a little league game. Should definitely be in time for race two.

Speaking of sharts, when you are over 50, never trust a fart....... I know. Kind of embarrassing when wearing shorts and no undies. Follow the trail.
This is where I go for force feedback settings http://pcars.oscarolim.pt/cars
I always use the classic configuration for each car and occasionally make the master scale setting a bit higher depending on the amount of force feedback resistance I want.
I start with the 66% setting and work from there. I feel the car better with that one. Here is what i sent Joe, maybe someone else will find some useful info.

You guys can just speak for yourselves, I'm closer to 60 than 50 now and have no such issues. This all the proof I need as to your age, no birth certificate required. The fart club is by invitation only, All of You will be invited some day, the best you can hope for is , solid not liquid.
I even hate Cardahs, bugger never shuts up.

I guess the lesson here is to try to see what works for you and work from there.
Considering Joe's speed in GT6, he should be good to go in no time.
Game is good indeed.I've tallied up over 2 hours on pcars and still ridiculously bad. Fun game tho and looks really good. Damn too many options and settings for an almost 50 guy. Farts are still trustworthy so all is not lost yet.
Looks like I need a chat wire for my headset so no Mic tonight.
Well.. that was intense.
