I've tallied up over 2 hours on pcars and still ridiculously bad. Fun game tho and looks really good. Damn too many options and settings for an almost 50 guy. Farts are still trustworthy so all is not lost yet.

Looks like I need a chat wire for my headset so no Mic tonight.
What headset do you have?

Hey Schmiggz how are you? How's your t300 holding up? I think I'm kinda regretting not going for the G29.

I think my accelerator is broken lol.
Getting louder under the pedal. I'm calling it a night. New pedals should be here before the weekend. Glad I ordered them now.

Edit: Sorry for backing out guys but it sounds like the potentiometer on the accelerator has come loose and the clicking was getting louder. I don't really care about these pedals but figure I should prevent further damage in case I need them to back up the T3PAs. I'm going to make a video when I take them apart tomorrow after work and post. These pedals suck a$$.

Anyhow, thanks for letting me join up guys, I had a blast. Amazing game and we have a great bunch of guys here. Had a great time while it lasted. If the pedals are my only problem I will feel blessed and lucky.

Good night gang.

Me too...

Catastrophic and horrendous showing by me. Mopar, I don't know why both times you came around me, it was the moment I screwed up worse. Sorry, mate, it wasn't, at all, on purpose, although it felt like I was trying my best to screw your pace.

I'll try to not suck so much next week.

I am sorry guys. I felt really light headed when I spun. I pulled over to rest for a minute. When I came to, I was on the main screen. I need to take a break from racing until I talk to a doctor. This is the second time in a week this happened.

Are you using the camera shake? When I started playing I loved the realism of the camera shake, but the same thing happened to me. Especially when I was really engaged in a competitive race. Like leaning into the turns, like we often do because we become so immersed, because we're racing with some of the best guys the in the world! I had a couple really dizzy spells and had to pull off track. I researched it a bit, and this hobby of ours can really mess with your equilibrium. Our poor brains think we're really on the track and can't figure out why there's no g-forces. I turn High Speed Shake off for nights like tonight. Not saying you shouldn't be concerned, but hopefully it's not serious. I wish you the best.

On another note, thank's to everyone for the racing. Man, my consistency is horrible! Mistake after mistake. But, I still have a blast bringing up the rear. I can appreciate the nice passes when people take advantage of my little mistakes, and I know I'll improve with practice... especially when my calendar clears up a bit.

Tonight I thought of another Snail that posted something about not having fun unless "they're competitive." I shake my head at that. I qualified pretty good tonight, and got plucked off one by one by lots of racers. I think that's competitive. I did my best in competition, and got beat. I'm o.k. with that. I still had a blast.

On a side note: Since PCars I've been racing with the In Car view. Usually cockpit on driver side, sometimes helmet. If I'm ever crowding someone, or not respecting their race line, I'd appreciate a PM to let me know. The last thing I want to do is get in other's way unfairly.

Thanks Lessen. Great series. I'll be back as often as the calendar allows!

Almost missed racing by falling asleep. Jumped out of bed at 9:02 and most likely broke everything in my path to get to my PS4.
Man, I don't know how you do that! If I woke up at 2am there's not a chance in **** i'd even make it to the PS4, let alone start racing!

My apologies to @aerolite for that stupid bomb dive at the hairpin with the Caddies.
For a tenth of a second I forgot we were not doing the international lay out!

And I thought you were just getting frustrated trying to get by me, jk...lol ! I was watching some replay's this morning and hopped in your car when that happened, I just chuckled because it looked like you got all messed up there for a moment. It didn't affect me at all, amazing as it lifted the whole back end of my car up!
I was worried that I hadn't given you enough room in one of the corners the previous lap. We kept coming across each other in both the Caddy races and it was good clean racing!
I sucked in the Ruff but I really enjoyed the Caddy and the changing weather. I really like the challenge of the wet and would have no problem seeing more wet races, it's just that much more reality.

On another note, and it pains me to say this, but......congrats to @Mike Lobban on a really great night of results, good going bud

If I could've held my $#!+ together I would've been able to hold off lobban in the last race. I just kept telling my self "stay on the track, stay on the track" I pulled an amazing third quali lap and it was me cards and mopar then mopar dropped back (assuming for some battles) excitement rose. I thought man I just gotta steal cards lines. Then he disco'ed and then I realized it was me and lobban up front. I had some slip ups but was able to keep it ahead of Mike till the rain hit hard and mopar caught up. Nothing like putting a caddy in a carousel.

Just a couple notes:

First and foremost I am extremely proud of the quality of racing last night. Getting through the T1/2 complex with 16 drivers with the cars/conditions the way we did is precisely what SNAILracing is all about. Good hard clean racing all night from what I could see. There should be some great highlight clips at the end of this season as long as I can find some time to do it.

I actually had to deny 1 driver last night due to being a full lobby, not solely because it would have split the group, but also because it would have been done in the middle of the night. (Driver was just a bit late after we had started). I only ask that everybody please be patient as our group size is teetering at the point of justifying multiple lobbies. We will split the group if the count demands it before we get started, but not in the middle of the night. I hope everybody understands.

Yeah dude, i was ready to go straight when i see everybody, including you, turning and I go... shiiiiiit! :scared: :lol::lol:

Very good racing last night. Super clean, respectful racing. I don't think I scratched my car all night. I was scared of the Ruff till race day when something clicked. Me and the car were one. No vote again for me this week, I like both cars. Does anybody else have shakey hands at the end of some races? And they say this isn't real. Points from last night will be interesting seeing that the big guns, GTR and Mopar had some issues. I feel for ya guys...... Really. FallenLog and me had an awesome battle for about five or six laps....till I wooped him....again. Lol

Full room= thriving series. Congrats to Lesson. The league is continuing to grow and two rooms will be the norm on race nights as more people join. I'm happy to say I was here from the start.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Guys, first let me say that I really do enjoy racing with you and am very glad to see the series growing to what it is,but after last night and some deep thoughts,I think I am going to retire from the series,it was not to bad at first riding around in back of an 8 or 9 car field, but now riding in back of a 16 car field is well kind of embarrassing, you'd think after years of playing these sim games and all the money tied up in them I'd get better but I actually think I'm getting worse,I wish you guys and the series all the luck and maybe I'll be good enough one day to see you on track again

Are you sure? The idea is, are you having fun? Doesn't matter 1st or last. Hope you change your mind after a brief vacation. Look forward to seeing you back on the track.

I understand where you're coming from and you are always welcome to join us whenever you want, whether it's race night or just a random pracice session. Just know our group is a pretty stout group. If you ever would like to talk about technique or anything of the sort I'm sure there are several guys here that would be willing to help, myself included. 👍

Put my name in the hat also, i've offered to help guys before who were struggling or just need some pointers. Heck, GTR and I were working together last week, looking to shave off a few tenth's.

Back in GT6 when i was racing with Snail all the time, i was also an Official Tutor with @sharkie. We both took under our wings, 2 guys, (among others) and they definitely improved their lap times, and division rank over many months of hard work and it paid off! @fzappa @AJKVail
