Since racing with PCars, this is my first night with connection issues. Such a bummer considering we had to split rooms, then ended up with less drivers than one grid can handle. Still, a glitchy night of racing beats a kick in the nads. I had fun tonight. So glad to see Jaxon on the grid. You belong here buddy, you looked good to me.

Also, thank you for @TheFilapino for a great night of racing. Chasing him around made me gain almost 1 second on both tracks.

This is how much I beat Alex by in the first race. Awesome racing tonight guys. That was seriously fun. Glad I came out tonight.
I must say the light was really screwing with me at Laguna in the last several laps. My visual cues were gone and the brake markers were gone so I was screwing up left and right

I had fun in that first race. Was trying to keep up with @JoeW and @Alex ONeill but messed up my line on the turn before the chicane and went wide into the grass, then it went straight to the sand from there. I had no chance at that point and had switch to defending my podium finish. Last lap, same turn I get bumped under braking and in the sand again. Took home 5th place but another few laps and I might have gotten them back. Close racing all around.
I connected the headset part of my PX22 to the controller and that allowed it to work, but no control over anything. Sorry about the start, I didn't realize you muted mics during races. So during the race I can plug my phone into my stereo for CrewChief so it sounds like it's in-game, and then after the race I'll switch to the headset. One thing I really wish was louder is tire noise. Hard to tell when losing grip until you're smoking tires and then it's too late.

The second Scion race was so fun it should be illegal. @Schmiggz @Alex ONeill @Zii1993 and I were nose to tail most of that race and it was some good clean fun.
I was 4th in that group the entire time just trying to find an opportunity when I managed to get a tiny run on Zii and Alex before the chicane on the last lap. I was past Zii by 75% and almost to Alex when Alex (not wanting to repeat Race 1) moves over a la Rosberg to block. So now we are both far right coming to the chicane (not the optimal line) and both trying to out brake the other. We both blow past the brake point and plow into the sand as Zii goes past. It was hilarious fun!

Because of race 1 and the fun of it all I don't think Alex cared any more than I did whether we got 2nd or 4th. Shmiggz had 1st locked so it was just a bit of fun for us. Zii was probably more concerned about finish position than Alex and I.
Just a great little battle there. Too bad Lessen fell back early or that could have been a five way scrum.

I was a little miffed that we had to break up the room. At start time 9:00 we had a full room....yes. In my opinion, which means nothing by the way. If you are late to the show, let the late folks open their own room. 16 of us were ready to race at 9:00......on time. The fun factor went down to zero for me when the room split up. Instead of having someone to race with, I was just turning laps alone....again.
I am on day four of no smokes and no Bob Marleys......yeah, I'm a little bitchy.
