I don't have the innate virtual driving skills some of you guys have. It takes me a bunch of laps to get the hang of a car/track combination usually in GT6. I need that practice or i'm just in the way messing up someone else's race. I can't tell you how many times i've been in a wreck when i try to just jump into one of these races. I've learned it's best to just stay away.

Dolph loves these multiple combinations though, which sucks because i always miss his events due to rarely having the time to practice them.

virtual driving skills? lol, i'm horrible at this. the fast guys yank the wheel and slide the car all over the place. I have no idea how to drive like that. I just try to stay smooth and consistent and see where I end up. it helps now that my pedals are fixed, heh.

I don't remember running quite that fast. It was probably a 1:31, not 1:30. I'll check the replay after I download the update.

Edit: Yep, my fast lap was a 1:31.262, not a 1:30.262. Damn.

Fixed now, I didn't know you guys paid that much attention to the stats.

Fixed now, I didn't know you guys paid that much attention to the stats.

Here's something wild: after adjusting my lap to the correct time, it dropped me all the way down to only 7th fastest. Separation between the fastest overall lap by Choco and my best lap? A whopping 0.691 seconds. That's 7 of us within less than 7 tenths of each other. Talk about competitive.

Also, the final results show just how close we were. Racing and I tied for 3rd, only 2 points behind Lightning and 5 behind Xrad. Still wish I could have seen Choco and Voodoo. The door to door action would have been intense!
