I've also gotten my STI Cspec into a 7.9 territory. Try launching on 2nd gear with the NOS pressed down. Also make sure your NOS is set to the MAX.

My times are with N2O and nothing but fine tuning.....i aint no punk B*tch that friggen glitches or hybrids

a good trick is to lay of the nitrous in the 1st 2 gears...no traxion with my cars so yeah.....for example....my Viper ran 8.4 (8.42 to be exact) ran a trap speed of about 181......that should be high 7.9 times but....there is no traction...8.4(layed off on the nitrous) 8.7 (when i get too nitrous happy)

that was just a little dig k-briggs,nothing personal. Yep the ZZII is 4wd. I think this car has more in it,so I'm gonna tweak it a bit and try to lower that time a bit.K-BRIGGSlike i said. somtimes i miss a time.. the ZZII is 4wd right.
Here are a couple new ones. I pretty much suck at tuning for drags, so these times are probably not that good. So, use them as a template for the list until someone beats me!

In real life, the R8 is one of the most successful Le Mans cars of all time, with something like 54 wins out of 65 races in the few years its been around. Of course, it all depends on how you use it, but I feel that it is a little bit better than all of the other E-GTs. One thing I like about the R8 over some of the other GT cars is its relitively large power and torque bands. Though it has over a hundred less max HP than most of the J-GT cars, it ends up having more power at lower revs, which is a reason why I was able to beat them in the quarter.
I have a feeling that alot of people dont know some of the tricks that I do in the quarter for MR cars, so that may be another reason why the R8, at 1111 hp, was under cars with 1250+.
Oh, and just for clarity, what is a muscle car? Perhaps it should be defined by weight?
