@jtl46 - Was it a no-go on the MBX Charger?(which I'm totally fine with :D)
Two more than me. :indiff:
I've spent a lot more time looking dude. First one was that gold-ish Falcon XB in a store nobody shopped for Hot Wheels in. I used go "hunting" then.

This Silverado was a shocker. I've shopped at this store for years(2 minutes from work), but you never find anything, because it's one of the most collector-heavy stores around, but it was right in front. :D

Oh I'm sure I'll come across one eventually. 👍
If your experience is anything like mine, you'll first find a basic TH of a '70s muscle car, then you'll get a string of basic THs, then two THs right next to each other on the shelf, which will give a kick to finding more THs than you've ever thought you'd find.

I am waiting to hear if he secured anymore. Same with the Toyota, is anyone is interested.
Ah, OK. Thank you. 👍 Toyota is frigging sweet, but man, too rich for my blood. :indiff:

As for the duplicate TLVs, I was warming up to Gemni little bit(I think @Spacegoat has one), but have too much on the plate right now. Sorry. Special 6 Cedric's really sweet, too.
Vaguely remember you posting the XB when you found it. Always preferred the look of the previous Purple XB Falcon super over that one.
Oh, yeah. Exactly why the Super Falcon XB I found sold on eBay, and I have the purple $TH that I bought on eBay. :D

Ooh, so close. This was my first ever TH by the way. :D Started collecting mid-late '11, took me almost a year to find this.

Yeah, looking at some more images. The Purple looks so much nicer. Correct decision you made there. 👍

One of the few cool-regular Treasure Hunts. 👍

It really is. Still something that I stop and admire from time to time. 👍
Damn do I miss the times when a green stripe meant treasure. :(

Meh, don't miss the Green stripe that much. Just wish they would do cool TH's again like the Mustang, etc instead of all these fantasy cars they insist on these days. :/

How'd you know they stocked up recently? Is there a way to create a search filter like that? Picking "new arrival" doesn't put those Ferraris on the search.

edit: Facebook status update perhaps?

Under "Liked" on their page, "Get notifications". Their stuff usually sell so quick, i did that so i wont miss out on their stuff, lol

Forgot to mention they are Kyosho Ferraris, from Collection 7

I have DaBox on facebook too. Notifications were turned off before.

Ended up getting an F50 and F40.. both castings Mattel did a horrid job on. I was tempted to snag up every colour of the 246 but thankfully was able to stop myself.

I opted not to since they want an extra $3 for different pigments. That's racist. The metallic red didn't look so pretty in the pictures. I was hoping it would've had the same strength of highlight/shadows as this guy:

P.S. I like how my photos are one of the first on google image search now.

Old photo aside, here's a new one:

TVR+Sagaris+(2009+British+Sports+Car+Collection:Orange).jpg

2009 British Sports Car Collection. I caved on this one. Thankfully, I was able to stop myself from grabbing the green and blue.

TVR Sagapajathopulus is sparkilicious orange. I only have shots of the front because that's all you'll ever want to see.

Agree with Johnny on the green stripes. Agree with JayJay on casting choices. That silver RX-7 was nice though.
I don't think Mattel cares about the regular TH's any more. In fact I wouldn't be surprised to see them do away with them in the next couple years.

Doesn't make a huge difference to me personally. With the declining rep of the current line of THs, I'd say that little flame logo doesn't mean much other than the fact there's less of it than other mainlines at this point. I recall someone saying $THs are basically the THs at this point, the stuff that's really limited, with cool paintjobs and rubber tires, the stuff that's actually sought after, like THs once were. While it's not an official definition by any means, I think it's a reasonable way to think of $THs.

So I guess what I'm saying is, they can continue making the regular THs if they want. It's still going to be the supers that gain the same level of regards as THs back then.

I see your pics on Google all the time.

I can not believe you just made me google that. I know nothing about TVRs, so I had to find the car first, even. I think the rear looks fine!

I'd be surprised!

Nice...... Mustang(to be expected, really lol).

@AOS- Sometimes, I'd be searching for image I posted, and yours come up instead. You'd flip over a table.

Don't mind. The ones that have the "AOS Collection" plastered all over it can flood Google. It just brings more attention to my blog and the AOS username. :D

I only stopped so obnoxious self-promoting doesn't drive you guys crazy when I share new buys.

Ford+Galaxie+1964+(2008+Multi-pack+Exclusive).jpg

2008 Multi-pack Exclusive.

BTW, eBay seller bullman50 will sell some neat lesser common cars, but condition of most of the older goodies aren't good... like this one. Thankfully most of the paint chips are on the other side. :P
