Good day today. The package from Japan Booster was found, after it dropped off a shelf at the post office:

Then I had some time to visit JDM Legends, who got a little present from Mattel a couple of days ago:

Eric signing the Super on a Hakosuka:

You get to dink around with cars like this:

Jiminy christmas. What a day for the Hot Wheels thread.

Maybe its epicness rubbed off on me little bit. Swung by the Hot Wheels section while picking up lunch today:

Sitting pretty, right in front. 👍
 This is going to get confusing.
I'm Shinji, you are Shinji, it's actually super clearererer!
Anyway, the Mazda van is adorable and that bus. Very cool a6. 👍
Thanks!
I kinda wish they would have done a bit better, but that's just me.
Disappointing.
Screw you all.
Congratulations, Cano. You took your trademark "screw you" to a whole another level. It doesn't even fit into the sentence you were using it in.👍

Cars are just AMAZING. Thanks for sharing it with us, and taking the time to make the photos super pretty. Awesome job, bro. Screw you(first time using this). 👍
Great collection! Love it. I shall post some later too.
I always like your Tomicas, even if I don't comment on it, but man, your Matchbox are kick ass, too. 👍👍

And we of course finish up with the original from 1969 Paddy Wagon redline in almost mint condition, which @a6m5 may like:
Damn straight. 👍 I'm already looking forward to your post on Lamley!
That's just friggin epic.

........... What just happened? Did I just witness one of the coolest post in this thread? Ever?

Damn........ Good thing I don't live in Utah though. I would look up how to hot wire a vintage Isuzu on the internet.

Went to 3 stores but couldn't find the Homer, here's what I got instead.
At toys r us I got the mustang and ram image.jpg
K mart had a ton of 2013 cars

Evora gt3, black chevelle wagon
Meijer had new matchboxes so I got these.

Gmc and a firebird.

I was looking for Snoopy when I found these. Flintstone I picked up for my nephew, and I saw at least couple more, but no Snoopy. Super Treasure Hunt is my only second ever. :)👍
I recently acquired another Snoopy if you need...

Oh I did, best I have had in a while. 👍

Stopped by Kit Kringle today and wasn't expecting anything new, only to realize I was wrong.
Well I am back now and it's time I post my purchases! :)

Just when I thought my luck couldn't get any better, I picked up two more Nascar themed Hot Wheels, Hydroplanes to be specific. And they were only 99 cents?! :odd: Wow

And then there's these:

^Roll Patrol. Gosh I haven't got another one of these in a long time!

Go Kart. I remember seeing and wanting this one when it was released in 2010, but I missed my opportunity. :indiff: First time I have seen it again since it's release. I made sure I didn't miss it this time.

Last but certainly not least, Chrysler 300C Treasure Hunt. I wanted one of these back in 2008, but I never found it. Now I am glad I finally did! :) Seeing this one makes me miss the old Treasure Hunts and there green stripes.

The red Fiesta and green Continental treasure hunt where still there and they even had the new white Fiesta. Thinking about getting them next time I go, granted I don't find anything else in there.

No one sells those Hydroplanes for $1 online anymore. If they did, they'd be gone already. Good find. 👍
Thank you AOS-! :) Here's the receipt:

The 300C is the one that cost $3.99, the rest where 99 cents.

I couldn't believe the price when I saw it. I have bought other Nascar vehicles from Kit Kringle before and payed at least $3 to $5 for them. These are a 25,000 production run and they where only 99 cents. Why this is the case, I have no idea, but I am not complaining, 99 cent is a pretty unbeatable price.

That's 🤬 crazy. I'd take Sonygamer's Mobil boat over that Datsun.

Edit: Don't get me wrong, glad for you scoring big on eBay.

I really dig those open five-spokes. Especially on JDM cars, but when they are blacked out, I think they look great.

Finally got to go through what I brought home from the Gathering. Here are all the TLV additions from the last 10 days, both from Japan Booster and Jeff Koch:

And with the Everett Marshall Mack and the two Toyota Tacomas, by plexiglass shelf. Still wondering if I should add more to this display. Some have been removed and put in the Carney displays, but I might put them back:

Love those cars  but I just have to ask, how much could I expect to pay for that Matchbox Evora if I ever see it anywhere?

The Evora is a very interesting one. The model in the case is the EXACT same model as the first edition of the Evora, so the case is what makes it unique. It was given out at the premiere of the Evora at the London Motor Show in 2008. Most of the promos were blisters with the Evora, and there were a few in plexiglass cases like this one. No one knows how many were actually made, but it seems to be very few. I still have not seen one come up for sale since I bought mine in 2008. We featured it on Lamley awhile ago:

@Johnnyboi, anticipate $80 at least.

@jtl46 I think... you should clear up room. And I can help you with that starting with that Jaguar. :)

Thanks guys. :)

If that $80 price is in the ballpark, then I'll be sticking to the $1 Evora then.

EDIT: 2200th post on the site and it seems like just yesterday was my first.
