I just checked AmiAmi & saw that this item was #4 on the top selling list. Did we miss out? Was this another ancient backorder that came alive?

Good news, I got on to see how my backorder was coming along, and both the Tokyu bus + the Autobacs Bluebird were now "in stock". Order is now at $154, and I haven't received the invoice yet, because I assume they are trying to figure out the shipping.

Glass case has bobble heads in it now. They fit better than small cars.

Bo-bo-bo-bobble heads.......... Come on man......

Pretty sweet...... I'm not that into standard Tomica, or tuner RX-7 though, so I'm not disappointed. Also, Dabox gave me blemished item two times out of the two times I ordered from them(just base & box), so I try to avoid such dealers when I can. If somebody like AmiAmi or Japan Booster had them, I'd have ordered it for combined shipping(shush, Jason lol).

Awesome that all the orders came through though. Good stuff. 👍 And speaking of old back orders, I found the 280Z that was released at the start of the year. $12+shipping. I paid like $28 all up for mine from daboxtoys. :/

Really? Almost all my Hyoshos have come from Dabox and they always turn up in perfect shape. Odd.

So this new hobby shop opened up here in my area not to long ago, Called TokyoHobbyLand, Funny thing is, yes they sell Ｋｙｏｓｈｏ in 1:64-1:43, tamiya plastic models, and regular "us spec and jspec"(tomica models with original kana writing) tomica models...but no TLV or TL what so ever at the moment...i find that weird. also their minicar/plastic model selection is pretty decent at the moment which is good...But they have more figures than minicars..

I just can't catch a break with finding TLV or TL locally, i don't just want to rely on ebay, rakuten, or dabox..

On the photobucket, "edit" let you adjust the brightness. You may want to check & see if yours(flickr?) have that feature, too. All good cars. 👍

They've yet to send me a invoice, which makes me a bit nervous. On the 280Z(still on my list), yeah, AmiAmi's hard to beat on pricing...... Actually, I don't think I've ever seen them get beat on TLV pricing.

I just bought TLV from eBay seller called Tokyo Hobby. Have you tried AmiAmi for TLVs? They seem to be below MSRP generally & I find their shipping very reasonable. I just wish they sold Kyoshos in 1/64.

Plamoya gave me a scare today. I got two Super Silhouettes today. @jtl46 May want to pay attention here: It wasn't the 1984 that had the variant, it was the 1983(Early & Late). I already had the "Early" '83, received the "Late" '83 from Plamoya, and '84 from Japan Booster. Japan Booster was flawless like they always are, but Playmoya Super Silhouette arrive with the rear wing coming off. Fortunately, it seems that wing came loose, but they attach back on without any issue, and it didn't cause any scratches.

Heads up guys: That two truck Coca Cola set indeed is available on AmiAmi. I don't know if they'll be able to come through, but I just placed my backorder. Should be just under $40 shipped for me!

Edit: AmiAmi is doing more weird stuff. @Spacegoat, you may want to check them from time to time. Their long sold-out items are coming up available, or backorder on very limited basis. You already know about the Tokyu bus & this two Coke truck set, but with that Coke truck, I just combined old plain red Pathfinder(Nissan Terrano) + a CR-X. I think those two were like $11 a piece!

Don't bother checking red Civic, or Silhouette Skylines though. They are GONE. P.S. Bluebird Super Silhouette's gone, too. Maybe I just snuck in?

Once. Remember these? (Hey look it's the 280Z, funny how that worked out lol) I was supposed to have another Kyosho in that order to got with the Corvette but never received it. Rather irritated at the time but they did promptly give me a refund for it, so you know. Actually I haven't bought anything from them since but that has more to do with you pointing out AmiAmi and being distracted by TLV's, more than anything else. Wait that's wrong I forgot about the Kyosho Beads Raybrig NSX, I got that from daboxtoys after that order.

So I was thinking about buying a couple of the K Days cases off the KMart website when they were available, and just realized that I will definitely have to if I want a shot at the cars (including the Datsun Wagon). I'll be flying back from Mississippi on a work trip the day of the collectors thing.

May sound high, but I think four of those come in oversized collector boxes + one of them in addition is a big bus, so I figured it'd be around $20! Edit: Autobacs is available again, back on backorder. 👍

The Cougar is horrible but is a great engine donor. The Porsche is an ex-Corgi casting, and that version you grabbed happens to be the Final Run edition. Altough in such condition, is practically worthless.

Yeah but regular hot wheels are how much? Everything is more expensive down there.

Regular Hotwheels are usually around the $2 mark. Cool Classics M2 and Greenlight if you can find them are normally around $10.
