I don't know if @RCKakashi14 or anybody would be interested, but I was curious about how TLVs were sold in stores:

I know, I'm a weird duck. I had to know!
HO scale/HO gauge? Funny you should mention a model train scale size, because I'm working with a couple of model train locomotives right now.
Previously, I had only heard of N-Gauge(from when I was a kid in Japan). Are N-Gauge not that popular anymore? Which is the larger of the two? I totally forgot that you were into model trains. :D I collect some 12-Gauge, but they are really boring looking.......

You won't find them on pegs, TLVs come in boxes! :dopey: I do wonder how retail shops stock them & display them over there though. I may have to Google this. :D

Some department stores such as Yodobashi Camera, they do stock up on TLVs, not on pegs but on display shelves. That's what I meant... :P

My bad.

I will take a photo as soon as I see them.

@a6m5: I'm working with N gauge which is the smallest. They're popular, but HO gauge is a lot more popular. N gauge is quite popular in Japan because the houses are smaller than in the US. I do both sizes, but I just don't have room for any layouts yet.

Why, does he drive one? I didn't even remember the name of the car, but since it's 1/150 scale, we could probably mail one to his house in a envelope.

Naw, at least I don't think so, but he'd find a way to put a huge ass wing on it.

Well STD doesn't state anything being a specific material, so if I'm reading "unpainted malaysian base" for the green, I would presume "malaysian base" implies the red is made of the same material.

You can usually tell if it is plastic by looking for stress marks, or trying to bend it by force.

And I'm not sure why your post isn't being quoted.

Put a ] after ["Spacegoat, post: 9988525, member: 141795". That should fix it. 👍 And thought it was something like that, my father has a few HO trains. He never had the time to build a proper layout, so he's got them on display on shelves in his shed. Thanks for the response.
Edit: It 🤬 up my post, too! :scared:

Must be something going on today, I tried to quote your post this morning and it kept placing quote tags at the end of my response. So I tagged you instead. Silly interwebs.

It's still messed up, Johnny.

@AOS- Is it really worth that much, or people just caught up in competing? I drove up the price of Kylie Minogue(best Australian export EVER lol) CD to over $80 on eBay once. Guy wasn't going to let me win, so I just kept going.

Yeah, both are pretty much perfect but think I prefer the Nissan Service too. Something about the colour scheme that draws me to it. Very much looking forward to seeing @jtl46's pictures of them, along with the rest of his stuff when it arrives. 👍

I picked a few cars over the last couple of weeks. First are some Fast and Furious cars. For those of you near Melbourne Australia I found these cars at the Toyworld store in Epping Plaza.
