Is Maisto a good brand? The car felt pretty well made, but some advice on buying from them in the future is welcome.

This just popped up on ebay for $8. Good price for the reg, but something else made that price even better. Let's see if that is the car that arrives:

Acquisitions from tonight. First, the M2's.... I swear M2 has 12 year olds working in quality control. The door are hardly ever aligned right. I had to take the orange one apart and bend the arm on the door to get it to sit closer to the car, but even in the best spot it still looks like crap. Oh, and these cars come with "Mustang 50th" on the doors, I took them off.

Oh, get the hell outta here with that, Cano. That Silverado was $85, and it was worth every cent for that.



Those four cars, it was free shipping, and I did my homework. I was actually going for the Duster Thruster first($7.99), then it was between "Japan Convention" Chevy Panel for $45, or Dodge A100 for $30. I do like the Dodge better, but as you may, or may not remember, I do kind of collect 55 Panels, so it won. I'm pretty sure it'll come with the bike(thanks for your help on that, btw ), I'm hoping it's painted, but I'm not holding my breath.

Well: 1) $55(shipped) was the cheapest carded $TH 510 so far**. 2) I have never scored a $TH at K-Day things.

$55 is stupid for new $TH, but this one's unpredictable. The other $TH I really want was that Gasser, but that never came down $30 range either. If anything, I think that one may have gone up?

Still, personally I would have exhausted all retail sources before wasting that kind of money on a car when there's a chance I could get one for $1 before hand. Wait for the collectors day to come and go, THEN if you haven't found one, go for it. I might end up spending that amount too, but not before the collectors day. No reason to jump on one just yet, and the price may come down when the market is saturated with them.
