Evolution of species. Aston Martin has really stuck with the VH Platform despite being a decade old.

That a Minichamps DBS?

I've been wanting that one, but how much will it cost in fees, plus I figure two shipping, maybe three?(domestic shipping inside Japan, Japan to Canada, Canada to U.S.).

*pics galore*

There is an option for me (using my account) to place a shipment to any other location. The only thing is I don't know how much it will cost to ship just a single item. I've only ever made two shipments on a bulk load that hit 4500-5500 yen EMS/SAL. I'm guessing there's a chance SAL for just one item won't cost a lot, but then again, if it comes to me, it's going to guaranteed to be about $9-10 to get it to your location. Still, I think the low price you could potentially win this for balances it out.

Don't worry about the bank and local shipping fee. I am bidding on another item myself, so it's on me. 👍

What you need to know is Jauce will charge you an auction fee. 400 yen + 8% of the winning bid. So figure out how much you're willing to shell out, and you can work out how high your bid can go. If you're having trouble with that, let me know your max bid and I'll work it out for you. As a benchmark number, there is currently another listing with 7400 as the opening bid. If there are any other competitors, they'll be staying under that, but you should be able to get away with it for about $40-60 like I did.

Holy 🤬, a6!
Today. All three of $100+ orders decides to show up on the same day. One from Cali, another from Georgia(other side of the country) & of course the TLV + Kyoshos from Japan Booster. I've been flipping lot of cars on eBay(roughly $300+ last couple of weeks), but I guess it's I've been spending more than that. Handful of the cars I posted, I bought to flip on eBay as well.

Speaking of flipping, I sold both of those Car Nel Skylines. As you guys are aware, I wasn't overly impressed by them. I just checked out the Kyosho equivalent & while I like the cheaper Kyosho better on the Hakosuka, Kenmeri suck slightly more than the Car Nel I must say. Really though, IMO, both Car Nel & Kyosho sucks on Kenmeri.

So do I understand it correctly that you could bid for me, then have it shipped directly to me?

If I could bid like $55, pay the auction fee of something like $8, and if shipping would come to normal SAL Registered of under $10, I'd definitely be interested. Regardless, thanks for offering. 👍

Totally freaking worth it though. :mischievous:

@a6m5 Not a prob. Hope that one bidder didn't set the bar too high. Please be aware that if you win at 5500JPY, the total's going to be 6340. That's if you have to go that high anyway.

Nice splooge of cars though.

Time for me to splooge with another hory grail.

2010 McLaren F1 GTR Racing Collection (Karuwaza "Secret")
1996 Launch Car

Honestly don't know how this one even works in that boxset.
But anyway, good opportunity to do a comparison shot:

That's a Hot Wheels BTW. Both these cars are sought after.

Two 1/18 Fords were also part of the purchase. I'll try to take a picture of them tomorrow(all my 1/18's displayed at work).

Thank you. Can I make payments? :P

I feel like $55's a long shot, but it's a shot. :P Thank you Andy. 👍

Don't get me wrong, but Speed Machines actually look really good for a Hot Wheel. You know, considering.

Pay me if I win it. Moving money back and forth incurs small losses on both our ends.

The HW is good on its own. Better than all the chin-lift race cars we've received lately. I noticed the rear facade having taller dimensions solely to fit the larger wheels. Kinda lame, but had I not brought in a photo, I wouldn't have even complained about it.

But I still did the comparison anyway... just because there may not be another person to ever do it.

That a Minichamps DBS?

It's a Kyosho.

Speaking of which:

Good thing I chose the Vanquish. This One-77 is too damn high for me...

Oh please it has to be something good or else you never would've got it.
You don't oversell it. Everybody knows that.

I was kidding(implying monthly installment).

Totally agree on the shot of the rear(:odd:). I do enjoy these comparison shots. I should try them from time to time.

Should've known that's what you meant. And yes, comparison shots make great reference material in the future.

I was close to doing one with a HW and a Minichamps. BTW does the orange Kyosho Porsche 934 tickle yer fancy? Same seller's got that too at 800yen at the moment.

Not at all....... Come to think of it, anyone make a 959?(not Mattel, obviously). I think I may have a MBX w/real rides, but it'd be cool to have a Kyosho-quality 959.

Kyosho certainly has made a 959; Kakashi-san has one. Would you like me to go window shopping?

edit: Bad idea. eBay can get you one for less.

I'll start with the CM's first. You know, the remaining six or whatever.

Something like that. Doesn't matter I'm positive you'll get around to posting those, sometime in the next year or three...
Better than expected. 👍

Yes much. Exceeded my expectation's for sure, an excellent model. Looking forward to series 3 being released, do want that Chev Van & Flatbed trailer.

Stop pressuring me! You know I don't handle pressure well!

I want one of those enclosed trailers(big enough to fit a car inside), but I wish to see them come out with a really cool design. Like race team colors or something.

Edit: Forgot all about this.

My sincerest apologies Shinji! No pressure at all, take all the time you need!
Dude, I was just playing. Three years is plenty of time. :P

Actually, I have some time this week, so I hope to share the pics with you guys later this week. :)

Three years is plenty of time. :P

Exactly.

And I forgot about that Dodge ram SRT trailer thingy too. Pretty darn sweet. On the fence on whether I'll get one or not though. Of course if I do, I'll need to get a Dodge car of some sort to go with it........

The Kyosho McLarens are absolutely brilliant.

Is it me or are Zamacs just as hard to find as Super THs? The only Zamac I have is the 70 summit chevelle. That was the only one that I've seen and I haven't seen one since.

Great find. It would look good stock or custom!(one of my favorite kei cars)

What I got in the mail today:

@Spacegoat ^^^There is your clue on the secret TLV Bluebird^^^ :P

Engrish is strong with the TLV.

Coca-Cola Bluebird? Coca-Cola Bluebird!? Is that a Coca-Cola Bluebird?

...

It is a Coca-Cola Bluebird.

A6? I dunno if I told you this before, but curse you. And congratulations, I don't even mind the M2s and/or the Autoworlds. You bought one of the legendary TLV Super Silluoette cars. That's all I need to know about those purchases. And you'd better show some amazing pictures of that Bluebird, for all of our sakes (and yours too)...

Great purchases, by the way. :)👍

Let me tell you, Engrish is not the only strong thing about a TLV car, that much I know.

It's a Kyosho.

Befitting of the One-77s real life status, I guess. Rare car in real life = pricey scale model. Too bad, that one is a looker. But hey, you have a good Vanquish, so it's not such a big loss.

What is that? Pics look even better than before, by the way. 👍

I assumed that they were, at least in 1/64 cars.

I like the BRAT & 510. 240 - Pass.

Cool without the boat, but yes..... the boat. 👍

I think you are nuts, but I'm not gonna lie..... I would be highly entertained.

Are you new to the thread? We are always complaining about how late our Japanese shipments are!

I didn't see pics either. I'm gonna have to look at it again(see below). 👍

Oh, never mind(see above).

True. I've been collecting them for while & I think I've gotten used to them & have gotten spoiled. 👍

That's a Singapore light weight fire truck. I will post a pic soon on that.
