Hot Wheels sure are clever little schemers. I caved in and bought the Speed Graphics 5-pack, because I needed that Greddy Supra so much. I love the abstract Martini-esque paint on it. Asda were selling HW 5-packs for £5, cheaper than individual cars. The other 4 aren't too bad, either, so all's good.

I bought this Torino a while ago and found some errors in the tampos so I turned it into a Christmas ornament. Figures that was the side of car facing the card that I couldn't see with the tampo error.

I'm going to make another HW ornament for my nephew and I'll cover that in the customs thread if I don't get too caught up in the work and forget.

New 5 pack, I got it the other week. Posted a few pages back.

Needless to say, I'll be recreating that Supra in Forza as soon as I get a chance.

Overall, I think the Speed Graphics line has been superb and it's easily my favourite line at the minute.

On my blog last night:

I've wanted this for while, but finally I found a seller who'd sell it to me at the price I wanted to pay: $8(+ couple pennies to be exact).

What I picked up today at three stores. My go-to grocery store took something like 2, 3 year break from Hot Wheels, but tonight, it was back! They netted me the Fairlady I couldn't find anywhere, so I'm happy.

Also found the Matchbox SLR at Toys R Us on the way home. I wonder if it's different from the old one I already have....

At this grocery store, there were tons. I could grab you a couple, but I'm sure you'll find them eventually. I don't think it's worth the postage. With the Fairlady, I doubt it's the scalpers, or hoarders. It seems to be just poor distribution. Now, Yellow Submarine on the other hand....
