that's not the same car as Forsty's, this one belongs to an earlier series called Hall of Fame; obvious differences are the wheels, for starters.

I know that, if u read my old post , I said that I had the same model but from a different year. Ill try and be more clear next time :-)

By the way, you're supposed to be posting in proper English here in GTPlanet, so no "u" instead of "you".

Morris Mini Kit Car (HW, 2000)

I was so mad when I opened the pack and realized this car wasn't diecast but plastic, then I noticed the top easily comes off and it's all fuill of scafolding on the inside; nice touch.

Wow I didn't even know this. *goes to take mine apart*

That Morris was first released in 2000. Since then it has been re-released plenty of times, but only three seem to have the plastic body (If the HW wiki is correct). I have one from 2007 with a metal body.

Well I'm shocked to say, I think someone stole mine recently. I was going to check if my Morris opened up but it's gone. Sound preposterous but it's most likely the case.

I display my HWs on the triangular corner of the curved staircase. I did move some of the older hot wheels into my old storage case but I looked in there as well and found nothing. Visitors don't go upstairs and the only 2 people who have recently are close friends who don't collect cars... WTF?

Wilson, you’re back! How about some details on this car?

Ok, Will do.

You’re doing very well, already! Cheers!

Got this about six months ago, and it came apart in my hands in the first week. Was I pleasantly surprised. (Pics were posted.) Had to immediately rush out and buy two more for manic modding.

I don't freaking believe it. I had this car just three feet from me, in the ashtray I keep my keys in. I also didn't care for the plastic body, but I never tried taking it off a part. I don't know how long I've had it, but I originally bought it for my nephew, so probably couple of years?

Thanks Diego! :D:tup:

Edit: Mine says 2000 as well, but I highly doubt it's from the year 2000.

Did anyone els notice that the KITT Car has interior detailing its cool. Im head to wallmart after school ,and try to find more and some other cars to.

Not too sure about that. I know that the prototype had interior detailing, but the mainline?

I didn't even notice the color screens until I just cracked one open out of package. Stunning model, proportionately perfect!

Edit: I forgot to say, those A-Team pics rule.👍

I might want this one, but I'm not sure yet........ Thank you for the heads up either way. 👍

Went to my local Walmart and noticed how the pegs were basically barren. Managed to find this though, the only one of my interest. '63 Ford Mustang II Concept in maroon. Seems like someone's raiding through the pegs, there was nothing and matchbox is almost always empty. :grumpy: I'll be checking out Toys R Us this weekend, hoping for something better. Also wishing to find another Falcon XB, since I sold mine to a friend who's obsessed with Aussie Fords. Surprised that was the only one I've managed to find. >_<

Not my picture.
