Spiderman cars didn't qualify either, so I still have to buy eleven more cars.

Seinfeld That's a shame.gif
It seemed like a good idea at the time!

It was a good idea. You should have grabbed it! :P

Plot twist: It's just part of the deco design and no TH logo is printed on the card itself.

GTboyz later that day flipped a table
but it was listed as TH at hwtreasure.com ?

and it is also listed as TH at the wikia.

Edit : you just scared the hell out of me lol, it's got the TH logo on the card.

Thank mother of heavenly land

So this would be the gravel for my diorama. To me it looks too big for the scale so I was wondering what you guys thought?

I used Woodland Scenics Medium Ballast for this, and they make fine and coarse ballast as well so I was thinking about trying fine grade next.

Pavement is another idea I have floating around in my head. The main idea is a parking lot for something. Beyond that I'm not sure.

I think that gravel is actually workable. It's definitely not pavement, but it works for off-road surfaces or construction areas. I suppose you could mix that with some sand to mix up its texture, and then drop a coat of white glue to seal on onto your surface.

Another one I remember someone mentioning for pavement is to use black sandpaper... like 400-800 grit.

It ended up looking better than I thought it would.

Come to think of it I do have some model railroad scenery supplies but I can't remember exactly what. Maybe I'll find something there.

@a6m5 Luckily enough for me I have a nice selection of hobby shops in my area that have a pretty nice amount of stuff. Especially diorama pieces.

And taxi is definitely meat looking.

@AOS- @Johnny1996 I've tried searching local stores for diorama supplies, but I've pretty much given up. Selections & availability are lacking in stores I've tried(Walmart, craft shops, etc.).

Walmart is not going to have diorama things; ain't a regular selling necessity.

You don't have a Michael's Craft Store? You sure????

Otherwise, just buy from an model train store. They're the best places to find diorama supplies.

No comment. :P
Says a thousand words. In Australian accent.
That's one casting TLV need to look into releasing again one day, soon. Looks sweet.👍
As long as it's not some bland paint job, I'd agree. 👍

It looks like it could be a Japanese Johnny Lightning.

For materials, building from scratch.

One of the stores I've checked numerous times.

I'll try this in the near future. 👍

Just asked for invoice on this one. Hopefully the combined shipping stays low...

I didn't remember if I had this one in my collection, but I didn't think so & I didn't. :indiff: I checked what I had & did have the Pikes Peak Tacoma though(it looks AMAZING), also Fiesta & 370Z. It's from when these things were on sale at Target. I think probably @R1600Turbo tipped us. Years ago.
No, sparkly.

Ooh, even better than that. Nissan Service! :dopey:
Have you guys seen the new Spacegoat gif? :grumpy:

I don't need any of those, but I'll check them out should they actually appear! Still looking for Race Day, still no-go.
I have the Bone Shaker w/blue wheels, Tacoma, Fiesta and a couple of others from that series. Could never find the 370Z though....
I didn't know about the Bone Shaker w/blue wheels. I had to get both. I think the seller didn't charge me any extra for the combined shipping, it came to $13.25 for both shipped. I'm not a fan of the 370Z casting or anything, but I do like the "Team" version. Very neat looking cars to start with, but once I actually started running hot wheels on the tracks with my de nephews, their stock climbed up a bit in my book. I'd love to run these cars on the tracks, but I'm afraid de nephews will want these things too & I can't have that....
Oh man, that $3 lineup from oh so many years ago.
That sounds about right. I found the post by Jason, we got them for a buck each. <<<Check this out @Spacegoat for the 370Z pic.

Funny, I didn't know about the Bone Shaker with red wheels. Had no idea that there were two versions of it.

Tell them to get their own! :P

Ah, yes that was it.

Only other ones I was able to find from that series, were the Hyundai Genesis, Mustang and Pontiac Grand Prix.
