Just picked this up as a print-on-demand. Nice to see someone shedding some light on a forgotten line that nobody knew much about even when new.

Good to know North America has come to its senses and steering wheels are now on the right :lol:
And also... I would get those Porsches with steering wheels on the CORRECT side as well.
We'll be arguing about this until the end of time.👍

Also, you're still wrong. :P
You guys are pwn'd so hard right now....

Wikipedia:
"One hundred and sixty-three countries and territories use RHT, with the remaining seventy-six countries and territories using LHT. Countries that use LHT account for about a sixth of the world's area and a quarter of its roads."

Call your congressman right nao! We want right hand traffic! :embarrassed::P
Got the globe travelers set from a Walmart today
I still haven't seen this set, nor the second series Matchbox "Best of". We still get the new stock of very first Best of Matchbox series. It's unreal.
Just sold my Fast Fish and Designer Challenge collection.

Great start to the new year.
How much?
My first uploads of 2018. To christen my new stationary set I thought I would start with these two:
Good news. They've yet to call me, but Holiday Batmobile now says shipped.

Not that I collect these cars, but that's an awesome book! 👍

Imagine a world where Mattel produced mainly JDM cars for the last 10 years. Muscle cars could possibly be the most sought after items today.

edit: $80 + 20 respectively. It's probably net loss for Designer, but I'm okay with that at this point. I'm surprised it's probably a net profit for Fast Fish though.

Now I should list off the Prototype H-24 collection too. Graduate from as many collections as I can and move on!

:P

Aren't those Aoshima Formulas sweet though? I haven't opened mine yet, but I thought the Subarus would be little bit better. Evo, I figured it's mediocre, but for the price & CM's no longer being in business, I wanted it while I cans still get it. 👍

Yes on everything. I knew what to expect from CM's really, not all of their castings are of the highest level, but most are worth the money.
It's only when you get to the oldest releases you see some really problematic design and quality issues.

So far I have found the Alfa and the BMW M1. Not interested in the P1. Unsurprisingly it's the JDM cars that are being picked clean.
Which is funny because the Datsun is literally the same one as the mainline one except for the wheels, metal base and a slight difference in the color.

So apparently Hot Wheels has a Honda 70th Anniversary set now? I haven't heard of it until a random picture showed up on my Explore page on Instagram. Has anyone else heard of this set?

Hipsterville

I first read that as Hamsterville

The Diorama is looking so good. Sweet pics. 👍[/QUOTE]

The larger size allows me to compose at more variety of angles. I added some LEDs to the roof of the garage so I can put the roof on. It looks weird without the roof when taking wide angle shots.

I’m still learning the lighting characteristics of the setup. Some shots are over/under exposed at different places and at different angles.

Think about this, in 20 years, the only reliable accessible photos of CM's will probably be photos by collectors. This is only because CM's has such a low presence in the interwebz.

So you bet your two butt cheeks it's worth taking better and clearer pictures. I thank you in advanced for contributing to the preservation of this brand's products.

A lot of CM's search results already bring up pictures by yourself,@a6m5 or me.

If you're doing Google image searches, then that is why.

Edit: you lied! If I plug in "cm's 1/64" I see a6m5 and RCKakashi's stuff. Not a single one is mine! What is this?!?!

Edit: Just looked up "CM's Corporation Datsun Violet GT", exact wording on my page, and I still don't see this photo. Even pictures of baseballs and historical news articles appeared first! What the flubber flip-flocking jacks is up with that?!

Hogwash!

Save up for a NAS.

I technically have one. A raspberry Pi with an externally powered 2TB drive plugged into it. Not sure how that'd help if flickr went to 🤬 though.
