Found this at Big W a couple of weeks but kept forgetting to post it. They also had the RS200 one with the Transit van. I regret not picking that one up.

I don't understand how they do a German set and not include any BMW's, but I'm definitely down for the full set. (don't care about the chase)
Personally I haven't see any BMW castings that I like from Hot Wheels so this is a win from me. I'd be ecstatic if they decided to put the E92 to the premium line though.

They chose the Kona? Why? They should do the I30 N Hatch instead. Don't really mind the Elantra N though.

The problem is that the i30N to the world now is outdated. It was good for a while, but it would seem Hyundai's all about pushing for the latest and greatest... and as much as we all love the original i30N, the Kona N and Elantra N are its successor. So this is more than fair. Glad to see Hyundai getting some love though.

Never thought I'd do it, but I ended up reaching out to the second market for this. It's probably Initial D, but an FC in white just seems like the perfect combo. Definitely changing the wheels though.

A filler grab when picking up the FC and a few others I don't care to share. It too will see different wheels. Red/white is great, but not on the S13.

This is a 2021 release, branded "60th anniversary - Best of UK series"....
yet it appears to be entirely identical to the 2008 Heritage Classics release: paint, wheels, chrome, window tint colour, and potentially the interior piece. I'll confirm it once I pull out the 2008 release. They had a 2021 release on the Exige which I passed up even though it was in dark green. It looked like the effort wasn't all there being all green with no tampos printed for the lights.... This may also be a lousy effort as well, but a part of me is hoping SOMETHING is different, which is why I didn't uncard it yet.

Selling some things on eBay right now and I am confused why the Lightnings and the Explorer have been bid up so high lol

I would like to have a main agreeable source for "worth" of any of these as collectibles. I swear I have an error Hot Wheels Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca, but being a HW, it likely won't be worth a ton more than a regular Boss LS. Anyway, the only real reason I could think about for the Lightnings is they aren't being produced. Law of supply & demand takes over. I strangely collect more trucks these days & have several Lightnings & Raptors, but I can't afford Ebay prices.

On a more futuristic note, I might ask if any of our Aussie members who keep track of VASC & their collectibles to give some of us a heads up when the Gen 3 car models begin to hit the market. I joke a ton about being a big Ford detractor, yet I want to collect those VASC Mustangs & will begin collecting the NASCAR Gen 7 model Mustangs when those hit the market. Now I've just got to find a retailer who does international shipping. :dunce:

Sold listings on eBay will give you a rough estimate. I didn't check on these before hand so I had no idea. The final bid was $137. 🤪

Damn. Considering they cost about $5-6 USD, that's one hell of a profit. I typically buy only for my own viewing.

Walmart had the whole set just put on the pegs but got the two I wanted. My dad's a big fan of 300ZX's so it went to him.

I have a story about Walmart. Walked in 2 days ago to find full pegs of mainlines. Grabbed the red Prelude and Gray Kenmeri along with the R35 and Supra Liberty Walk versions, but ended up putting those two back. There was also a full peg of the last Boulevard cars (Delorean, Nova, Superbird, etc) and that was it. I left them all. Went back the next day to grab something and checked the pegs again. ALL of the good mainline cars were gone (they left a mess too) and that peg of Boulevards = GONE. I did see one of the new Boulevard VW Beetles on a peg near the Matchbox so they seem to have received a new Boulevard set too (which I need) and someone snagged all of those too.

Hoarders have ruined this hobby.
