Damn, commodoreben coming through with the OG Real Riders! 👍

Found this hidden $uper Coronet yesterday after a hard skate sesh. It was at the front of the pegs, all the way at the bottom. Didn't notice it until 5 minutes later, until I got down there from checking the top pegs.

Will also post the recent errors and variations I've found.

BTW, Kmart Kday (collector day) is next month on Sept. 15. You guys should check it out if you haven't been before. Try to go to one that isn't heavily visited by collectors and make sure you bring something to cut open those fresh cases.

Hey guys i don't mean to sound like a noob, but when you keep posting those C6s that are mis-built with ZR1 bottoms, how can you tell? i've briefly examined some of the pics and i can't quite see any difference.

All these have been found: (That I know of)

- '12 Z06 with '11 Grand Sport body
- '12 Z06 with '11 Grand Sport base
- '11 Grand Sport with '12 Z06 base

You can tell the difference between the two bodies by looking at the side vent behind the front tires. The Z06 should have a single vent, and the Grand Sport has 3 vents.

The difference between the bases is that the '12 Z06 base actually says '12 Corvette Z06 on the bottom. The Grand Sport base does not have the name of the car on the bottom, and instead in that same spot just has a Hotwheels logo.

I got these cars at the local flea market today.

A Rig Wrecker from the Workhorses series on an un-punched card and a Bronco 4-Wheeler from the 1983 Real Riders series on an un-punched card. The next cars I got from a local discount store.

- '11 Grand Sport with '12 Z06 base

I'm still looking for another of these, so I can send you one to try to finish the whole set, or at least most it. I know I'll try.

Here it is along with a couple of other errors and stuff I found this past week.

Extra chrome on the front wheel.

All red front wheel error.

All small wheels. Rear wheels are supposed to be larger.

Missing wing.

Missing interior. Windshield is sunken in.

Two Hemi Cuda's with the smooth window variation. Normal has louvered rear windshield. Damn you Jason, beat me by one!

Completely missing side tampo/decals. It's so bright and beautiful.

And the TRU exclusive Grand Sport with a Z06 base, as stated above.

Speaking of which, I believe I saw several Muscle Machines Import Tuners at the flea market. Mainly RX-8's and one Evo though...

It's been a while since I've posted here, mainly because I hadn't found anything interesting up until about a month ago, when the local Big W finally updated to the 2012 stock. Thankfully they also had a few of the later 2011 models that I thought I was going to miss out on as well.

meh stuff is boring for me, its old match box cars.. there's a really nitch market for matchbox's compared to the wild wild west hot wheels market
